Simply received what I ordered.
Upon placing my order, the website states orders usually shipped within 24 hour if the items are in stock, which it showed my order was. The UPS shipping label was created 5 days after the order was placed. UPS processed it and shipped and delivered quicker than Prilla processed it. The items were just tossed in the UPS box loosely. I received what I ordered, just a bit disappointed in the Prilla processing.

Total disaster
Total disaster. I placed my order on Friday 10 April. I paid extra to have it shipped via UPS Ground, as I needed it to arrive by 18 April. But the order was not processed until Monday 13 April, when a shipping label was created. UPS claims that they did not receive the actual package until Wednesday 15 April. I called UPS and paid $11.99 to get it here by 17 April. The last update from UPS was on the night of Thursday 16 April, saying that the package was en route from Aurora, CO. I called UPS today and now they're saying that the package is probably lost and I will need to file a claim. Obviously, not all of this is Prilla's fault but I can't help but think that if Prilla promptly sent out the order, none of this might have happened. I definitely won't be using Prilla again in the future.

Love the BULK option
Love the BULK option. FRE MEGA PACK is new to me and not my usual go to. At 15mg I gave it a try. Flavor, a tad too sweet for me. But I loaded up my used White Fox containers and did not miss a beat. Micro, perhaps nano, nano smaller pouches than I am used to. Yeah, we notice FRE. But hey, if you take out 2 pickles out of a jar, you can make a few quid. Yeah, the price here for a Mega Pack on Prilla is way better than a 7/11 - but who buys their addiction at 7/11 anyway?

Love you, but…order processing takes too long
Love doing business with you guys and the prices are great. Sometimes it takes a really long time (in my case 5 days for this order), for you to process and ship the order. Then it takes another 5 days to receive it through USPS. Wish processing was faster or at least more consistent.
