Slow shipping / not helpful service
I ordered Sept 30th and it didn’t ship out till October 9th. Customer service wasn’t very helpful and kept telling me UPS already had the package when there was no movement or tracking at all.

As long as they have the $1.99 specials on strong (over 10 mg) they have my business. I've been ordering from Sweden for a decade but the outrageous shipping charge was killing me. Shipping Processing takes too long. Great product, but be more clear on when it will actually be delivered. Each time I order, there are several days before it is shipped, even with expedited shipping. Either ship faster or provide more transparency as to when it will be delivered. I love the products you sell, and yet I still have never received a shipment on the date it has been expected.

Great selection, but taxes and fees will break you
Really enjoy the wide selection, but by the time you check out, you’ve got sales tax, excise tax and shipping fees. Those taxes and fees took my total from $148 all the way to $220. It’s absolutely absurd.
