SCAM ARTISTS
SCAM ARTISTS - not only did they offer me £500 over what they could pay through carwow seperately and under cut them, which I declined as didnt want to drop the car off. They then won the auction on Carwow and called usat 5:30pm the day before delivery dropping the price by £1,000 as "market had moved" - This is against Carwow's buyer terms and illegal (confirmed with Carwow and buyer is now under investigation). My wife was adament she wanted to sell the car and accepted the £1,000 reduction based on them not being able to drop the price any further should they come to collect the car, they agreed. They arrived to collect the car and dropped the price based on "minor scuff on the inside of the door from the seat belt rubbing", by £400.
The staff are rude and condecending and threatening. Stay away

PRETTY WOMAN MOMENT
Absolute waste of my Saturday morning driving over an hour as agreed to test drive a car. When I arrived the receptionist was rude and unwelcoming. Clearly could not be bothered. I was then assisted by Ivak/Ivan who after finding out I want to view other cars at other places and not trade that same day insisted that I could only test drive if they ran a soft search on me?! This made no sense. This dealer was abrupt, unfriendly and didn’t at all encourage the sale. I had to ask for a manager who prepared the test drive with Becky who was lovely and helpful.
I will be buying this car but with another dealer. Utter rudeness and very disappointing.

A worthwhile trip
I made the trip from north Essex to Orpington to view a car. Although I ended up not buying the car I had selected online the experience was worthwhile as I was able to see more clearly what was on offer, what my car was worth on the market, and to clarify in my own mind what I really wanted. Jack was helpful and well informed and if the situation arose I would be happy to deal with him again.

Next steps after multiple bad service instances
Further to my previous review, 6 weeks ago, to which management replied stating:
‘A member of our Management Team will be reviewing the matters you have raised in full and will contact you directly to discuss your experience further, investigate your concerns and understand what has taken place.’
I was contacted via the phone, apologised to by a manager, he offered no form of resolution or compensation for the wasted fuel, wasted time etc. he stated he would contact the relevant companies to get the hard searches removed, to which he has not done and I have heard nothing back since. This will now become a legal matter until the hard searches have been removed. P.s there are 6 hard searches from this company! DO NOT USE THEM

Awful
Awful. Bought a car, finally when they did call back. Lots of chasing them! Unprofessional experience in collecting car. Not charged so left waiting much longer then overheard the salesman say he could sweet talk us. Minor fault first day of receiving the car and the detail in getting an appointment for the repair was unnecessary and took too long for the minor fault. Was the called 5.50pm to cancel the night before after rescheduling my work. Overall really bad experience. The customer service is lacking maturity and focus. The cars sell themselves.

Customer Service?
Waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment to be seen having paid the £99 holding fee. Paid a £500 deposit after seeing the car and arranged a collection date. Called to rearrange the collection date which seemed no issue, only to call the day before to confirm and found that nobody had a clue what was going on.
I was repeatedly promised callbacks that never came. Eventually I was told there was an issue with the car’s engine the night before collection day which I’m unsure as to how it passed their “175 point check.” I was assured I’d receive an update about the car the following day - again, nothing. Emails ignored. Calls ignored. When I finally managed to make contact, I was told they had tried to contact me when they hadn’t.
The deposit was refunded quickly which is the only positive I can give them.
Shocking communication, organisation and a complete waste of time.
