I'm very happy with my experience with Presidential Estates when marketing my property. Very friendly service (I dealt with Alex) and he exceeded my expectations in generating viewings and offers. Everything progressed efficiently and went much faster than I thought it would. The communication level was just right, with an honest assessment of the prospects, and was always both friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

I am so pleased I found Presidential Estates! They were efficient, caring and communication was brilliant throughout. Matthew and his team were amazing! I needed a place to rent quite quickly due to my work commitments. Stewart Weedon was one of 3 agents that went to view and value my mums property. He was the only one that showed enthusiasm and came well prepared with current market data. He was consultative and very thorough.

Within a week of being instructed, he had over 40 qualified and eager buyers ready to view.

One week later he delivered the best and final offer to my mum which was on the button at the top end of his recommended valuation.

Aran acted as the agent on my property sale. From his first visit to completion of the sale, Aran made himself available at all hours of the day (and night)! His sales strategy was spot on proving his expertise in this field. Aran held an open house which resulted in 12 offers- truly amazing! He was very supportive and efficient throughout the process making it clear he was acting for me and smoothing the way with my purchasers. He also helped with negotiations on my property purchase resulting in a £29K reduction in the property purchase price. I cannot recommend Aran or Presidential Estates highly enough. Matthew was so supportive during the whole process of buying my flat. Estate agents, don’t always get a good press, so it was refreshing to see someone who is not only very good at his job, but a genuinely nice person to deal with.
Alex worked tirelessly to secure our sale. When the chain collapsed just before Christmas, he managed to secure many viewings in a traditionally down period for house selling. This persistence secured a new buyer very quickly and meant we didn’t loose our dream house.

Matt from presidential estates provided a top class service, a genuine valuation not overpriced,he arranged an open day and we had around 10 viewings from which we two offers , we accepted one of them and all went through just before Christmas as we needed to be out by then, overall a great friendly service,can’t fault them on anything. I had an excellent experience with Aran from Presidential Estates from start to finish he was diligent, professional, hardworking with a brilliant work ethic, I cannot recommend him or the company highly enough!

I cannot recommend Presidential Estates highly enough! They’ve been absolutely fantastic, helping me sell my house not once, but twice.
