The house sold on the first open day at the price that Matthew suggested. He helped us through the process at every stage giving advice where necessary which we were pleased to accept. It has been my great pleasure to have worked this last year with Aaron Patel and Presidential estates and he has done a supreme stellar job in selling my mothers house. Aaron has been beyond patient last year dealing with my very unwell mother and when the idea of her moving to a pupose built retirement apartment didn’t work out as she had to go into care he helped me through the process of getting my mothers house in Loughton sold.It was a difficult undertaking as the house was in need of a buyer who would take it on as a refurbishment and “fixer upper”. Aaron worked relentlessly to get the place sold .I live in the United States and am frequently at sea entertaining so it also was very difficult sometimes for Aaron to contact me ( I am the entertainer Perry Grant ..do a google search !) We met Matthew Sargeant about 4 years ago when he sold our father’s house and was so impressed. We knew we had to contact him this time after 3 sales fell through without any reasons given. He found us a buyer on our first ‘open’ day (1 week after pictures were taken). Needless to say, their sales strategy worked then and still works!
Matthew listened to us and beautifully described our property making sure we were happy with the ad before pushing online. He was very responsive (especially if you’re someone who always have your phone with you and can talk at any time looking for answers quickly so you can crack on).
During our sale, we were assigned a sales progression person who liaised with us, the buyer and our solicitors making sure something was always happening. When our issue arose (something went amiss when we bought the property) it was finally clear what went wrong and how to fix it. Although we were stressed a lot of times while this was getting sorted, Matthew’s reassurance and ideas kept us from pulling out our hairs! He even told us who to contact when he was on leave. Overall, we have been hugely impressed by their customer oriented and hands on approach and will continue recommending them. I wish all companies were like them. Their knowledge of the market and the level of professionalism we saw was exceptional.
