Excellent Service from Aran Patel – Presidential estates

I had a fantastic experience with President States Agent, thanks to Aran Patel. From start to finish, he made everything go smoothly and completely stress-free. Aran handled everything for me exactly the way I wanted, always being professional, efficient, and reliable. His communication was clear, and he went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. I couldn’t be happier with the support I received and would highly recommend Aran Patel to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated state agent.

Aran was my estate and he was absolutely great with the sale of my house and the purchase of my new property. He is focused and responsive and gets the job done regardless of any issues.

Because of Aran we were able to sale and complete in 3 months. We’re very grateful for all his help.

Definitely would recommend Presidential Estates.

I honestly cannot overstate what a difference it makes having a good estate agent and Matthew at Presidential Estates was exactly that.

Ours was a long, stressful chain with five solicitors involved, and at several points it felt like the whole transaction could easily have fallen apart. To make matters worse, the bottleneck in the chain sat with a well-known high-street agent who were, frankly, completely ineffective. Calls not returned, no urgency, no ownership and no sense that anyone was actually driving things forward.

If it hadn’t been for Matthew, I genuinely don’t think this sale would have completed.

Matthew was relentless (in the best possible way): constantly chasing up and down the chain, speaking to all parties, pushing solicitors, keeping pressure on where it mattered, and keeping us informed throughout. He took ownership of the process in a way that very few agents do and acted as the glue holding everything together when others simply weren’t pulling their weight.

Professional, proactive, and genuinely invested in getting the deal over the line. Matthew went well beyond what you’d expect from an estate agent. I would not hesitate to recommend Matthew and Presidential Estates to anyone who wants an agent who actually adds value, especially in a complicated chain.

Matt was great we had a chain together he was at the top and i was near the bottom but he help to chase the below chain to get it over the line 100% recommend

Oksana Poliuk assisted us with the sale of a new-build project in Enfield, and we were very happy with how professionally she handled the entire process

Very friendly and experienced service. Oksana Poliuk was very helpful and professional. Would recommend any time.

Matt was fantastic as the agent selling my home and liaising with the new agent for my purchase. Professional, knowledgeable always keeping me up to date and regular viewings until sale fabulous service 100% ! Would also like to acknowledge Vesa in the office booking in appointments and giving feedback . Thank you all for a successful sale and move !!

Very disappointing experience selling our property. At the start, everything seemed fine, but the process quickly fell apart. The agent, Aran Patel, did not deliver on what was promised, and we were left without payment for our furniture. On top of that, the final fees were higher than what was originally agreed.

What made it worse was that neither Aran nor the solicitor took responsibility for the issues when things went wrong. Communication was poor and we felt completely let down. Selling a property is stressful enough, and this experience only made it worse. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this agent.

Through the loss of my mum, Matthew guided me and my brother through the process of selling her house, Matthew is very personable but also very good at he’s job, if it wasn’t for Matthew’s patience and support the sale of the house wouldn’t of happened so smoothly, he really is one of kind and look no further the Matthew and he’s team at presidential estates. Thank you again Matthew!

Renting a house through Aran was refreshingly smooth and fast. He kept things simple, answered every question quickly, and made the whole process easy to follow. Very friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. If you’re looking to rent, Aran is the one to go to. Highly recommend!

Choosing Presidential Estates to handle our property sale was by far the best decision we made! From the very start, Matt and the team have been professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive. Their communication has been excellent — keeping us informed at every step.

They’ve made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed, going above and beyond to make sure everything is on track.

I’d highly recommend Presidential Estates!

Arun was absolutely exceptional. Very helpful and always available there. Booked everything online and chased up so fast. The whole process was completed in just 2 days. Highly recommended !!

I recently sold my house in Loughton through Alex David at Presidential Estates, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Alex was professional, proactive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local Loughton property market.

His communication was first-class always keeping me updated and providing honest, expert advice at every stage of the sale. What really stood out was his commitment to achieving the best possible price for my property and making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy estate agent in Loughton or the surrounding areas, I can’t recommend Alex and the team at Presidential Estates enough. They truly go above and beyond a five-star service from start to finish!

We had our house on with another agent for a few months and unfortunately couldn't sell the property. We were recommended to Presidential Estates and Alex David and it was the best decision we ever made.

Taking on a property which has been on the market for a few months and hasn't sold isn't easy - the initial interest had gone. Alex got right on it - had a full viewing day of 10 viewings a week after we went back on the market with him.

We exchanged and completed on the house within two months of Alex taking us on - which is frankly unheard of and we were shocked at the speed at which Alex pushed through the sale. The agency also make sure that a reservation is paid by the buyer on acceptance of offer - which is very novel in this industry - and is such a HUGE reassurance for a buyer.

Presidential really listen to you, the communication is outstanding and with Alex (and his business partner Matthew) we never felt out the loop or had radio silence, it was daily updates which reassured us. Alex was also able to professionally navigate a last minute buyer curveball (always the way!) with ease.

We are incredibly grateful to Presidential Estates and Alex and would recommend them to people wanting to sell their property in a heartbeat.

Oksana Poliuk is a true professional in her field — highly competent in every aspect. Whenever I faced any difficulties, she was always available and ready to help. She knows everything about the best and most comfortable areas of London and can clearly explain everything . She is also very skilled in property selection — she found us a wonderful and promising house that we absolutely love. The house that Oksana sold was our first purchase, so we were a bit nervous, but everything went perfectly.👍🏻
My husband and I are very happy with her work and will definitely recommend her to our friends and family.

From the beginning to the end Matthew has been the greatest help to me and my partner. His communication during my mortgage process was wonderful. He would answer any question I needed, and dealt with everything we needed help with urgency. He is a man to trust and he would not let you down. Thank you Matthew

We had a fantastic experience working with Matt, from the first viewing to final completion he was professional, responsive and supportive

What really stood out was Matt’s clear communication and honest advice.

We would highly recommend Presidential - thank you

I can honestly say I’ve been extremely happy with the service I received from Aran Patel (my lead estate agent) and Presidential Estates while selling my family home of 18+ years and buying a new property. From the start, Aran’s dedication, enthusiasm, and hard work really stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly, making me feel looked after every step of the way.

Right from the beginning Aran's focus on getting the prospective buyers who were most likely to make an offer to arrange viewings was a breath of fresh air. I wish more estate agents took the same approach! Honestly can't fault his strategy as within 14 days of my house going up I'd accepted a an offer on my House and he helped get an offer accepted on my new house the following week!

Aran kept me in the loop with regular updates, and both my son and I really appreciated his proactive communication. He seemed to always be available to chat, cheerful and explained things simply! Something that gave me peace of mind during what was sometimes a stressful process.

I can’t thank him enough for making this transition so much easier and less stressful.

I would definitely recommend Presidential Estates and especially Aran to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

Buying our first home was exciting but also overwhelming, especially after months of viewings with agents who felt pushy and more focused on making a sale than helping us find the right place. Then we came across Presidential Estate on Rightmove, and straight away their website gave us a sense of quality and professionalism. To our surprise, the house we fell in love with was listed by them.

From our first viewing, Alex David stood out. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions with ease, and his knowledge of the property gave us real confidence. Most importantly, we never felt pressured – it felt like he genuinely wanted us to find the right home.

Once we put in an offer, Alex was incredibly responsive and kept us updated every step of the way, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. As first-time buyers, that level of support meant so much to us.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Presidential Estate to anyone looking for a professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused agency.

We had an excellent experience working with Aran. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure our sale went smoothly. He played a key role in keeping the chain moving and unblocking issues when things got stuck, which made all the difference.

Aran also managed to secure exactly what we were looking for in terms of price and went further by offering valuable advice on our onward purchase. What really stood out was his availability and commitment – always making time to answer our queries, often at short notice, and providing clear advice throughout.

His hardworking ethic and willingness to truly listen to his clients set him apart from others we’ve worked with in the past. We would highly recommend Aran to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated estate agent.
