Presidential Estates Arvostelua

We can't recommend Aran at Presidential highly enough.

Our house had been on the market with two other agents, both big names, and it simply wasn't selling. The asking price was off, communication had dried up, and we'd started to wonder whether it would ever go. Switching to Aran was the best decision we made.

He took a fresh look at the pricing, got the marketing working properly, and remarkably, the very first person through the door made an offer. After months of silence, it was a huge relief.

What really stood out, though, was how he handled everything after the offer. Sales can easily drift once solicitors and a chain are involved, and ours started to. Aran stayed on top of everyone, pushing things along until we got over the line. I honestly don't think we'd have completed without his persistence.

He was always easy to reach, whether it was a weekday evening or a Sunday afternoon, and no question was ever too small. More often than not, he'd update us before we'd even thought to ask. He made what could have been a really stressful process feel manageable.

Thank you, Aran. We're very grateful.

Buying a house can be a stressful experience, but having Aran Patel by our side made all the difference. His knowledge, professionalism and understanding of the entire process were exceptional.

Aran guided us through every stage, explaining everything clearly and making sure we always knew what was happening and what was required from the solicitors. He was incredibly responsive and accessible throughout, and his attention to detail gave us complete confidence that everything was being handled properly.

What impressed us most was the genuine care he showed throughout the process. He treated our purchase as though it were his own, always going the extra mile to make sure things stayed on track and that we were fully supported.

It’s rare to come across someone with this level of knowledge, commitment and customer service. You genuinely can’t get better. We are extremely grateful for everything Aran did for us and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

I highly recommend Alex David of Presidential Estates. He put me at ease from the start, and I trusted him immediately. Throughout the whole process, he kept in touch, explained everything clearly, and answered my questions quickly. He arranged a successful open house with 17 viewers and secured seven offers, achieving a very good price for me all within a week His professionalism and reassuring manner made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Aran was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He is extremely professional, honest and genuinely goes above and beyond for his clients.

I would strongly recommend Aran to anyone looking to sell their property. He is an expert in the industry and has an excellent understanding of the legal process, which meant he was able to assist and guide me every step of the way.

What really sets Aran apart from other agents is his availability and commitment. You can always get hold of him — Sundays, evenings, and even when he’s on holiday! He sold my property extremely quickly and efficiently, while providing a five-star service throughout the entire process.

Aran is simply not your typical estate agent. His boards are everywhere, and there is a very good reason for that — he delivers results.

I have also recommended Aran to friends and family, and they have all had an excellent experience. He has sold their properties quickly and achieved fantastic outcomes for them as well.

Aran is in a league of his own when it comes to estate agents. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Thank you once again, Aran, for all your hard work and dedication.

Thanks to Aran for his hard work and dedication to get the house completed. Great work in keeping us informed at every stage and moving things along

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Aran was always clear and to the point, just what was needed. He has fantastic knowledge of the areas he works in. He outlined his plan for our property at the start of the process, and achieved this very quickly with minimal fuss. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I recently engaged Aran Patel of Presidential estates to sell my property. This is the second property he has sold on my behalf in the last 2 years. Both times the market has been incredibly difficult. The first property he sold within 4 weeks, my second property has just been sold after less than 3 weeks on the market. This is not by chance, Aran is the most hardworking and proactive estate agent I have ever met. He goes above and beyond what I have experienced over the years with other estate agents. He has a clear strategy on not only how he will sell your property but also for the best possible price. I honestly can’t thank Aran enough for getting my house under offer in a very short timeframe and in a very tough market. I have no hesitation in recommending Aran and Presidential estates, these guys are a new breed of Estate agents. Excellent professionals in every aspect.
Thank you Aran.

We couldn’t recommend Aran highly enough for handling the sale of our house. From start to finish, he was incredibly diligent, conscientious and supportive, keeping us informed and by our side every step of the way.

His strategy for marketing and selling our property was well considered and tailored perfectly to both our home and the current market. It clearly paid off, as the whole process happened much faster than we ever expected.

Aran was professional, responsive and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for us. Selling a house can be stressful, but having someone so reliable and committed made the experience feel much easier.

Thank you, Aran, for all your hard work — we’re incredibly grateful!

Presidential Estates helped us to rent our home twice, helped deal with issues with tenants, and then ultimately helped us with a swift sale of our home when we were ready. It was a great experience and all orchestrated by Alex David, one of the directors of the company. I’d highly recommend using Presidential in the future.

Aran was excellent and kept me fully aware of the progress of the sale of my mothers house. I would certainly recommend Presidential Estate agents.

As a first time buyer you can imagine the house buying process is quite stressful and I would like to take the time to give a huge thank you to Aran for all of his help and support throughout our house buying journey. From the beginning of the process, Aran was incredibly helpful and professional. As first time buyers purchasing a house was an exciting experience but it was also stressful at times especially when we were dealing with solicitors, lenders, paperwork, deadlines and lots of unexpected questions along the way. Having someone like Aran there to help made a huge difference to us. The process definitely had its bumps along the way, and there were times when things became stressful or complicated. However, whenever an issue came up Aran was always quick to step in, look into it and work towards getting it resolved. He dealt with everything quickly and efficiently and always kept us updated which gave us a lot of reassurance throughout the process.
What really stood out to us was his communication and how accessible he was. We genuinely felt that we could contact him whenever we needed to, and he would always respond and try his best to help. Even when he was on holiday he still took the time to reply to our messages and offer his support to us. That level of commitment really went above and beyond what we expected from an estate agent and showed us that he genuinely cared about our purchase and wanted to see everything completed successfully. There were many occasions where we had questions or were unsure about what was happening and Aran was always patient and willing to help. He never made us feel like we were asking too many questions or that anything was an inconvenience. We especially appreciated how proactive he was. Rather than simply waiting for things to happen, he would chase things up when necessary and help resolve problems. His professionalism was excellent throughout and he was also friendly and easy to speak to. We never felt pressured and we always felt that our concerns were listened to and taken seriously. Looking back on the whole process we are very grateful that we had Aran as the estate agent handling our purchase. Even when there were difficulties he remained helpful and professional and did everything he could to get things resolved as quickly as possible.
Buying a home is a huge milestone and decision, so having someone who was so supportive throughout the journey meant a lot. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Aran to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A massive thank you Aran for all your hard work, patience, support and dedication throughout our purchase. We really appreciate everything you did for us especially the times you went out of your way to help, even while you were on holiday! We are now looking forward to starting this next chapter in our new home, and we will always be grateful for the part you played in helping us get there.

We have used Presidential Estates before to help us. We found ourselves using them again during to how professional they was. Matt has made the whole process smooth sailing and reassured us. He has been professional, contacted us throughout the whole process and just been amazing and so professional. Would highly recommend Matt and the whole team at Presidential Estates and we will definitely be using them again. Thanks for being a great company.

Matthew Sargeant has been amazing helping me thought out my selling journey, highly recommend him and the team at Presidential Estates 5* service.

I had a brilliant experience selling my property with Presidential. From the initial valuation right through to completion, the whole process was handled professionally and efficiently.

Communication was excellent throughout. I was kept updated at every stage, and the team were always available when I had questions or needed advice. They generated strong interest in the property, handled the negotiations well and ultimately achieved a result I was extremely happy with.

Selling a property can be stressful, but the team at Presidential Estates made the entire process feel straightforward and well managed. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property in Loughton or the surrounding area.

Thanks again to the whole team for a great service!

We put our house on the market June 2025 with 2 Loughton estate agents. In 6 months we had very few viewings and no genuine feedback from these agents, spent most of the time chasing them for information. Alex David moved in across the road from us and gave us his good honest opinion on how to sell our property. We took his advice and in Jan 2026 we gave him our house to sell. Immediately 4 good quality viewings 2 offers and house sold within 3 weeks. Completing in 4 weeks time and Alex has handled the whole process from buyers and sellers side extremely professionally. We recommended him to friends who went with Presidential, their open day had 7 viewings and sold next day !! A quality operation from top to bottom. It is a pleasure recommending the company and Alex, and their attention to detail to getting the outcome is what we all seek.

From the very first meeting, Alex David has been clear, honest, supportive, friendly and professional. He has not only sold our property within 2 weeks, but also helped our negotiations for the purchase of our next property. He always made himself available for advice and reassurance. He really knows the area and is clearly passionate about what he does. He went above and beyond and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had such an amazing experience with Presidential. Mine was a complex situation with the move but I had so much support from Matthew.
He worked so hard to ensure the sale of my house and purchase of my flat went as smoothly as possible.
He was really easy to reach and I was kept up to date throughout.
I would strongly recommend them, especially as my house sold straight away, and for the asking price!
I honestly can’t thank them enough.

We would recommend anyone to use Presidential estate agent. We have been dealing with Alex David who has been really helpful and keeping us in touch all the time. Our property has not been on the market for 2 weeks yet and Alex has sold our property at price we are really happy with. We have nothing but praise for what he has done. I have already recommend a friend to use Alex for her move. We would like to say a big thank you to Alex!

When we decided to sell our Woodford house earlier this year, we initially instructed a well‑known local estate agent. Unfortunately, after more than two months on the market, we had no serious interest and not a single offer. The agency was managing a very high volume of properties, and it became clear that our home wasn’t receiving the attention, tailored marketing, or strategic input it needed. Even the feedback we provided wasn’t being acted upon.

A friend then recommended Aran at Presidential Estates, having had excellent experiences with him on his own sales. From the moment I spoke with Aran, I knew we had found the right agent. He came prepared with a clear marketing strategy, a structured timeline, and proactive ideas to position the property effectively. His approach immediately stood out as far more thoughtful, hands‑on, and commercially sharp.

Once Aran launched the listing, we secured multiple offers almost immediately after viewings began. Thanks to his dedication, communication, and commitment to driving momentum, we were able to exchange and have the funds in our account in under two months — something that simply would not have been possible without his involvement. He also kept me updated regularly throughout the process which was useful.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Aran to anyone looking to sell their property. His professionalism, strategy, and results speak for themselves. Thank you Aran !

From the very first inquiry through to viewing, bidding, and beyond, Presidential Estates delivered an experience that is genuinely unlike anything I have encountered in the property market. And I say that as someone who has dealt with more than a few estate agents.

From the moment I made contact, the level of professionalism was immediately apparent. Aran, who handled my entire journey, was outstanding: attentive, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest at every stage of the process. What struck me most, however, was something I have rarely experienced before. Presidential Estates actually looked after the buyer, not just the seller.

In a market that is notoriously cutthroat, where buyers are often an afterthought and gazumping is treated as simply part of the game, Presidential Estates had clear guardrails in place to ensure the process was fair, transparent, and genuinely respectful of everyone involved. Best and final offers meant exactly that, with no games, no moving goalposts, and no unpleasant surprises. Just a clean, ethical process conducted with real integrity.

Ultimately, we didn't proceed with the property, but that in no way diminishes the experience. If anything, it speaks volumes that I am writing this review regardless. When an estate agent earns your respect and recommendation even on a deal that didn't complete, that says everything.

If you are buying or selling and want to deal with people who actually care, Presidential Estates and Aran in particular come with my highest recommendation without hesitation.
