We had a fantastic experience purchasing our property thanks to the team at Presidential. The whole process was smooth, well-communicated, and far less stressful than we expected. They were always responsive, professional, and kept everything moving along efficiently. We really appreciated their support from start to finish and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying their first home.

I would like to leave a review for Vesa Morina.

Despite the longer-than-expected waiting time during the process, Vesa has been absolutely great throughout. She has always been polite, professional, and supportive whenever we spoke with her. We truly appreciate the way she handled everything, especially her clear communication and willingness to follow up on our behalf.

She made us feel heard and reassured during what has been a stressful period, and we are very happy with the level of service she personally provided. Thank you, Vesa, for your professionalism and assistance.

We had a viewing booked at one of the property that was for sale through Presidential. Jack was the colleague dealing with us. He was extremely professional from the first point of contact till the viewing date. On the day of the viewing he was there early setting up. He was welcoming when we entered the property with my family. He showed us around and ensured us that if we had any questions he would answer and if he doesn't have the answer he would come back to us. Overall Jack was knowledgeable and showed great attitude towards us and made us feel welcome. Great work Jack.

Thank you all the team and especially Jack. Your consistency, dedication and communication made this process effortless. Thank you again!

Huge thank you to Alex David from Presidential Estates for being an absolute rock over the last couple of years.
From the ups and downs to finally getting my house sold, your support, patience, and honesty meant more than you know. So grateful — couldn't have done this without you.
Thank you so much
Mia

Jack was fantastic throughout the viewing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure. He explained everything clearly, was very approachable, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. A great agent to deal with - Highly recommended.

Aran is an excellent real estate agent who is always client-oriented and attentive to details. He takes the time to understand clients’ needs and consistently provides clear, honest guidance throughout the process. His professionalism, reliability, and friendly approach make working with him easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend Aran to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy property agent.

I honestly cannot thank Aran Patel enough for everything he did for me during the sale of my home and the purchase of my new one. From start to finish, Aran went so far above and beyond that it genuinely left a lasting impression on me. He didn’t just sell my house — he supported me through every step of the entire process, recommending reliable solicitors, surveyors and moving companies, and always making sure I felt guided and reassured.

What truly touched me was Aran’s dedication. His dedication was exceptional – he was still working tirelessly, chasing solicitors, liaising with other agents and checking in on progress and making sure nothing fell behind, even while he was officially off work recovering from a major eye operation. That level of commitment is rare and speaks volumes about his professionalism and care for his clients.

On top of that, he worked incredibly hard to negotiate on my behalf and successfully saved me money off my purchase price — something I will always be grateful for. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his support made what could have been a very stressful process feel manageable.

Aran genuinely cared about helping me, not just as a client but as a person, and that made what could have been an overwhelming and emotional experience feel manageable and supported. I couldn’t have asked for better service, and I honestly don’t think I could have done this without him. I would recommend Aran without hesitation to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly goes the extra mile.

Aran was excellent throughout the whole process. He communicated clearly, kept us regularly updated, and was proactive in chasing all parties to help get the sale through quickly. He was always available to answer questions and made the process much less stressful. Highly recommended.

After several unpleasant experiences with other estate agents in the past, working with Oksana Poliuk from Presidential Estates was a breath of fresh air. She is honest, transparent, and genuinely respectful—qualities that can be hard to find in this industry.

Oksana is highly professional and makes sure everything is properly taken care of, keeping communication clear and consistent throughout. As first-time buyers, we felt supported and well-informed at every stage, which made the entire process far more pleasant than we ever expected.

A true pleasure to work with and someone we would absolutely trust and recommend.

This was an easy score to give , Aran showed his true colours, when the tough got going and believe me it did he certainly got going. When people were losing faith including me he pulled EVERYONE together, he is a credit to the industry but more importantly he is to your company, thank Aron your a friend for life.
