Nie polecam
Nie polecam! Zamówienie zostało anulowane na długo przed jego wysyłką, jednak sklep wysłał zamówienie, próbując mnie zmusić do jego odbioru. Zamowienie zwrócone do nadawcy, nadawca nie zwrócił pieniędzy w kwocie 90,40 PLN. Ponadto, brak kontaktu w języku polskim, co stanowi naruszenie prawa konsumenckiego. Sprawa została już zgłoszona na policę z tytułu wyłudzenia oraz skierowana na drogę sądową o wydanie Europejskiego Nakazu Zapłaty wraz z kosztami sądowymi dla spółki. Komornik ściągnie z konta firmy pełną kwotę za moje zamówienie + koszty sądowe w znacznej wysokości. Skoro sklep oszukuje ludzi, to poniesie tego konsekwencje.

Contact form doesn’t work – trying to organise an exchange
I have bought many frames from poster to store and have been very happy with the quality and service. However, just received my latest order and the frame is damaged. I’m trying to organise an exchange and am using the online contact form. Unfortunately, the submit/send tab does not work – cannot find any other way of contacting customer service. Good Products and Customer Service
Ordering and delivery were very quick and painless, plus the products arrived very well protected.
We kept a few of the pieces, but there was just too much glare on some of the frames to keep the items we ordered for our lounge.
Return process was very simple, dropped at Evri store and tracked return. Email 3 days later to say they had received the return and it was being processed, then the refund was in my account a few days later.
All in all a painless experience and we are happy with the posters and frames we kept.
