Very disappointing experience with Poster Store. I contacted them immediately after placing my order to request a change of delivery address, but they couldn't make this simple amendment, even though I notified them right away.

To make matters worse, their returns process is unnecessarily inconvenient. They can't provide a QR code for returns, meaning customers are expected to have access to a printer just to return an item. In this day and age, that's pretty outdated.

On top of the poor customer service and frustrating returns process, the quality of the prints themselves is underwhelming and certainly not what I expected.

Overall, a disappointing experience from start to finish. Poor flexibility, an outdated returns system and mediocre product quality. I wouldn't recommend Poster Store and won't be ordering from them again.

Really poor experience from start to finish.

I ordered on 26th September and it supposedly shipped on the 30th, finally turning up just before 5th October.

The tracking was a total joke. The link showed nothing and made it look like the parcel had vanished into thin air. When I chased it up, customer service basically told me it was sitting on a pallet somewhere on its way to the UK, telling me to just keep checking the dead tracking link blindly.

Dealing with an overseas company makes the whole logistics process needlessly difficult.

Once it arrived, the frame colour was nowhere near what was shown on their site. It is pictured online as a warm oak, but the actual frame is completely washed out and greyish. It is completely misdescribed.

I then tried to sort a return request, which took a full seven days of waiting. The claim confirmation went in on 6th October, only to wait until 13th October for them to flat out reject it with a rubbish excuse. They completely ignored the fact that their website photos do not match what gets delivered.

Slow shipping, terrible tracking, misleading pictures, and customer service that simply does not care. Save yourself the hassle with these.

I've still not received my order after over 2 weeks. Courier states it was delivered to my chosen pickup point a few days ago, but the pickup point claim they don't have it. Contacted Poster Store and their only response after 2 days has been that I need to chase this up with the courier as they're not authorised to speak to them, which is incorrect.

Website makes false promises about 2-4 workdays for delivery. A week and a half later I still haven’t received the order i needed yesterday🤷🏽‍♀️

Update: now that I have Finally received the ordered goods (10 days posterior delivery date) the order isnt correct either: one out of three posters is not the one that i ordered.

Quality is suboptimal. Return fee £9.90. Won`t use it again.

This is the 3rd set of posters I purchased from the PosterStore. The quality is amazing and the posters are just so beautiful!

Great experience with website and ordering. Delivery was ok and updated me. Only thing I would recommend to the company is put do not bend on the envelope as 4 of my prints inside got bent as the delivery driver bent it to get it through letterbox. Not their fault but a sticker on it would be good to inform them

OK it's obviously a scam, enough people have said about the white borders around the posters to make it a scam it's not obvious that it's going to come with white border, and on all their Google shop photos, they cut out the white border. Your credit card will refund you on this basis if you tell them, and I will be putting in an official complaint to the ombudsman that deals with false advertising

[1] RetailADR specifically handles retail disputes regarding product description misrepresentation and faulty goods.Prerequisite: You must first file a formal complaint with Poster Store directly (via their email). If they ignore you for 8 weeks or send you a "deadlock letter" refusing to refund you, you can take your case to RetailADR.

I ordered from this company last night and within an hour and a half to 2 hours, I changed my mind and thought the items are not for me. It was out of hours and I completed the cancellation request form.

This morning I got told I can not cancel my order as it is being processed and if I want to return it, I would need to pay £12.70.
I cancelled this order in plenty of time and do not see why they can not cancel when it has not left the warehouse.

I didn't realise this company is part of Desenio, they don't advise you that when you order. I have dealt with Desenio before and they are awful to deal with, had I known this to begin with I would not have ordered from them. I feel I have been conned.

I have to pay for a return for an order I cancelled in plenty of time.

Now I have to wait a long time before I will get my refund.

So dissapointed in the company and service.

If ordering make sure you are sure about it. If you want to cancel you have to fight for it and have to wait forevet to get your deposit back.

Incredibly confusing and insufferable process.

Ordered posters in a certain size, and after taking a LONG time to arrive, they all had a white border that made the actual print much smaller than the size I expected and ordered. I asked to return them, but they said I should file a claim, which I did. They then noted it had been written on the site that there would be a white border, but I was under the impression the border would go outside of the size, not eat into the image? How else would you know what size the image itself is? You would have to call to ask for specific measurements? Now I'm asking for a refund, we'll see how it goes. So far, such a bad experience. Order somewhere else.

Order came late, incorrect and very bad quality. Their customer service is AI bots. This place is a scam. Avoid.

3-6 days delivery time the page says, and its been 10 days and they haven't even sent the posters. Didn't even send me a confirmation for the purchase, so it's really sketchy. And when you try to contact them all you get is automated AI answers. Absolutely do not recommend to buy from this page.

Hice un pedido el día 25/07 y hasta el 07/08 no llegó. 13 días en llegar. Pero lo peor fue después, cuando abrí el paquete, las láminas estaban dobladas y la calidad de la imagen era absolutamente pésima. Parece una fotocopia barata hecha en una impresora casera. Jamás volveré a comprar en este sitio, una completa estafa.

Awful quality of prints. Think they would have turned out better printing them on a standard printer at home. And they want to charge you £10 for a return. Won’t recommend or use again
