The quality is not matched by the price
The frame I ordered was rather expensive for the quality of the product. It was very light and the wood and acrylic glass did not have the best finish. I could compare it to a £10 ikea frame.

Irritating gouge out of the plastic pane in my frame on arrival. Discovered when pealing off the cover. It is on the back side, so it must have existed before shipping.
Additionally, the contact form on their website is broken, so I wasted more of my time unable to submit the complaint. Surprisingly the process of buying the item was much smoother..
