Unable to contact Customer Services regarding wrong print being sent
Hi there. I have used Posterstore on a few occasions now and recommended them to my elderly mother. I have tried to use the online form but it does not seem to be working and I cannot find a phone number anywhere for customer services. Firstly, i have had to pick up the order number 4421034 from Evri click & collect even though we requested the order to be delivered to my mum’s home address as she cannot drive and has to rely on other people in these situations. We have now collected the order and have been sent two of the same print. The prints are also bent in the top corner. We have not been sent the Field of Poppys poster as ordered. Can someone please get in touch to sort out the situation please.

Nekvalitní a předražené
Hrůza, kvalita horší než doma z tiskárny. Předražené plakáty, pokud si uděláte plakát z vlastní fotky, tak i přes kvalitní fotku dostanete plakát s kvalitou odpovídající tsk 20 % fotky. A ano, vím o tom, že fotka musí být kvalitní a kvalita se pro nahrávání přímo ukazuje!;) Pokud napíšete hodnocení, které se jim nelíbí, odepíší vám, že negativní hodnocení nezveřejňují. To mluví za vše.

Uvědomujeme si, jak důležitá je kvalita vstupní fotografie, a proto náš systém zobrazuje náhled i doporučení pro nejlepší výsledek. Pokud i přesto došlo k výraznému zhoršení kvality, rádi bychom situaci prověřili. Budeme vděční, pokud nás kontaktujete s číslem objednávky, abychom mohli najít vhodné řešení.

Flimsy, cheap quality, they make money through charging for Refunds
POSTER STORE and DESENIO are same company and are absolute fraudsters.
Recently made purchase of 1 item, paid £18.00 – poster was flimsy , not even 200gsm quality, shading not at all as on their website. When I returned the item to POSTER STORE / DESENIO - they decided to charge £9.99 – so I ended up with the refund of £9.00 , while spent £18.99.
My complaint was ignored, customer service were unprofessional and bullyish… This company is FRAUD, they clearly MAKE MONEY THROUGH REFUNDS. Poster was terrible quality, cheap and flimsy.
WARNING – do not purchase from them – you will be robbed of your money.
I will report them to Trading Standards UK – they should not be allowed to trade in UK.
Disgusted by their behaviour, cheating practices and intimidating customer service team.

I reached out to them three times inquiring about possibly placing an order with them. I only got automated responses and no response to my actual inquiry. I was really disappointed and did not go ahead with the purchase.

Beautiful print & lovely frame with quick delivery. Have removed a star as thought the frame would be glass (its plastic) and also the frame was slightly coming apart but easily fixed on arrival. Overall very pleased with our order.

Very disappointed with the quality of…
Very disappointed with the quality of the last couple of posters I have bought. They look more like photocopies than the original poster. I have bought a lot of posters from the Poster Store and the ones I previously received area far better colour and a sharp picture the latest ones are faded. I can’t use the last two I have ordered as they look so inferior to the ones I have previously ordered. Someone need to look at their quality as it’s definitely gone down hill.
