J' ai commandé un pendentif avec photo que j'ai transmis à votre société, j' ai reçu après un mois le pendentif sans la photo, je ne peux donc pas l'offrir... De plus, j' avais demandé une expédition en express et payé en conséquence, le colis a été livré un mois après à mon voisin que je ne connais pas particulièrement contre signature sans demander une vérification d'identité.

The necklaces are perfect, but I paid for the express delivery expecting it to get shipped between 2 and 5 days as mentioned before paying. Unfortunately I had to wait over 2 weeks to get them.

The worst customer service ever
I ordered on 1st December for someone as Christmas gift and paid express shipping to guarantee I get it fast. Not only I didn’t get it for Christmas but when I contacted them asking to cancel and give me refund as it’s not coming on time they ignored me. It came on 30th December damaged. But I didn’t contact them again because they just ignores you anyway. Very bad service. Never going to order again. At least they should have refund me my express shipping money but they don’t care about customer service. Never again I’m going to trust this website.

Soweit alles super
Das Schmuckstück ist tatsächlich sehr gut auch hohe Qualität aber durch die schlechten Bewertungen war ich verunsichert und wollte eigentlich stornieren. Daher ein Stern Abzug da ich nie eine Antwort auf meine E-Mail erhalten habe.
Aber das mit dem Expressversand das es nicht funktioniert kann ich nicht bestätigen es hat hervorragend funktioniert.

Great necklace
The necklaces I bought were very nice. My Mum and Dad were very pleased.
