De levertijd duurt heel lang. Ik had een lamp gekocht met gepersonaliseerde foto dat erin werd gegraveerd. De gravering lijkt niet op de foto en de kwaliteit is zeker niet hetgeen ze aanbieden via de site. De plaat zit ook vol krassen.

DON’T ORDER ! IT’S FRAUD
I received the wrong item 2 weeks ago. Instead of having a bluetooth wireless ball, I got the one that has a wire, and no bluetooth (50$ instead of 110$). And it doesn’t even look like the picture and doesn’t respect the description. The ponggi team is telling me that this is the wright product, even if it’s not (there is not even a bluetooth thing it’s ridiculous 😂), and they don’t want to refund. DON’T ORDER THEY ARE FRAUD. I’ll talk to my bank and will get my money back, but this is unfortunate because I really wanted the item that I ordered. They are supposed to have a money back garantee but I’m telling you, they don’t !!!

A ripoff. Not worth the money
I would give no stars if this were possible. The item I ordered was a complete ripoff. Poor quality tat that did not look like the photo on the website. I was very disappointed and embarrassed as this was a birthday gift for my mum. Do not buy from this company.

Una muy mala compra
Hice un pedido de una lampara con la foto de mis 3 perros, lo queria para regalar en reyes, así que lo pedí con un mes de antelación. En la web pone que en 15 dias llega el pedido y no es así, me llegó casi a los 2 meses.
Luego hubo un error con el código postal, lo único que tenian que hacer era contestar a un correo de la empresa de envio para solucionarlo y que me llegara mi pedido y la comunicación con ellos, después de mil correos traducidos en inglés, chino fué imposible que entendieran algo tan simple....me hicieron pagar 20€ más para que me volvieran a enviar mi pedido...
Una vez llegó la sorpresa fué que era una lámpara cutre, con los nombres de los perros mal puestos y en dos líneas, la foto de los perros era impresa en un plástico blanco....Vamos que no aconsejo que nadie compre en esta tienda.
El producto es caro y no se asemeja para nada en lo que ves en la web.

Pagué 20€ de más para que me llegara a tiempo y no llegó cuando tenía que haber llegado. Les envié muchísimos correos y parecía que me respondía una máquina con el mismo mensaje. No me devolvieron la diferencia de los gastos de envío de más, ni he tenido ninguna solución por más que he intentado contactar. Nefasto servicio!!!!

Nichtmal der 1 Stern ist verdient
Nichtmal der 1 Stern ist verdient! Ich buche Expressversand für 21 Euro, Paket kommt nicht an, angeblich wurde es vernichtet. Ich zahle nochmal Versand und für den Versand nochmal Versand! Ich hab mein Geld zurück verlangt, hätte aber vom vollen Preis nur 25% vom Gesamtpreis wieder bekommen!

Terrible service, Not worth the money
