Absolutely the worst experience with these guys. Firstly paid to expedite the order-but didn’t arrive in time. Secondly when it did the quality was poor. So poor we had to buy an alternative gift. It was supposed to be a crystal decorative piece with a picture inside 3d. What we received was a plastic cutout with the figures stuck on. Appalling and despite emailing for refund. No response. Don’t touch them with a barge pole!

Shit nothing elss
I waited almost a month for the ordered product even though they said delivery would take 7 to 15 days. Instead of the product I ordered, something completely different arrived. According to the pictures on their website, they promise great gifts, but in the end you get a piece of junk instead of the product you paid for. A typical fraudulent company that should be avoided at all costs.

Avoid - scam
My order took 2 weeks longer than the 5 to 7 business days promised. What arrived bears no resemblance to what was ordered. I ordered a personalised dachshund cushion. The picture on the website shows a handmade hand stitched cushion with floppy ears, what arrived was a a shaped cushion with a printed dog on each side. False advertising - do not waste your time or money here. Spend elsewhere.

Ich habe ein Personalisiertes Frauen-Geburtstagsportrait bestellt. Ganz furchtbar.

PLUS that you send a photo of you and you wife (as a couple) and you get some other's couple photo (IF I could say "photo" this puke!)
NOT even 3D effect!
FRAUD - AVOID!

VERY DISAPPOINTED
I purchased a photo number for my daughter’s 21st it stated the delivery date was before the party so I bought it. I didn’t get any other photos ready because I thought that would be enough. Just incase I paid more money for extra fast shipping . I was very disappointed & upset when it didn’t arrive for her party & 3 weeks after the event I was still waiting. The items was of poor quality & a lot smaller than expected. I asked for a refund & after many , many emails back & forth they still wouldn’t give me a refund. I WOULDNT recommendp this company for anything. VERY POOR delivery, quality, communication,& understanding . STAY CLEAR. To you response I have contacted you many times & the only resolution you offered was a refund for the express delivery I paid which you didn’t send it express post just normal delivery.
