I had a great lesson and learned new moves :)

The staff really empower you to have a fantastic time. I felt very insecure before I went, because of my lack of fitness and size! I can honestly say it's really changed my outlook and will definitely be going more often.

My daughter had an amazing 9th birthday party at Pole Twisters! Easy to book, the dance tutor was really friendly and great with the girls and they absolutely loved learning a cheerleading routine together, loads of fun! Many thanks :)

absolutely love pole twisters! great variety of classes and such a welcoming and supportive energy in all of them. the off peak classes are very good value for money as well!

The instructor for the class was really nice , we can see she likes what she is doing and she makes you feel confortable !!

I had a lollipop hoop class with Kendra. Kendra was by far one of the best coaches in my experience of being coached. She has good energy, felt very safe in her presence, she is patient and highly supportive. I accidently hit her in the face whilst she was supporting me and she was completely understandable of it. 😅
The class had a good balance of humour and being focused on learning.

This class had just one hoop with a few students but was planned out very well, it all ran smoothly on time. We all took turns and supported eachother. There was no rush and we learnt alot and took pictures. It was the first time a few of us met but we were comfortable and confident around eachother. We were all there for the same reasons, hyping up eachothers achievements.

The class was a good price for 1 hour 30 mins. It's in a location that's just a 15 - 20 minute walk from town.

I highly suggest taken classes at poletwisters.

come down and give it a go. the instructors i’ve met are so sweet and helpful and honestly feels like such a safe place to just let go and dance or learn something new!!!

First time trying a virtual online class and so glad I took part!
Despite being online, Kendra made sure to make me feel part of the class and clearly explained how to hold poses to get the best stretch.
There were a few sound issues - this may have been on my end - but other than that I really enjoyed and would definitely take part again!

It was very fun and had the best instructor which also made my experience so much more exiting. We started easy but as the class went on it progressively got even more complex with moves I’ve never thought I would be able to do. I can’t wait to come again next week :)

Very friendly and very welcoming. Nerves are instantly put it ease and the instructors are so good and helpful, you can achieve alot in the amount of time you are there!

Literally the best decision I made to start pole but would never of done it without the staff it has helped me with my confidence also and its true what they say anyone can do it.. onto stage 4 now so thankful to staff at pole twisters especially Lucy ❤️

I highly recommend the mixed ability classes run by Kendra. Kendra is an amazing teacher who always finds the right way to explain things and support her students. The wednesday mixed ability class has a lovely environment where everyone encourages and welcomes each other. I have attended other pole classes in the past, but have achieved moves that I didnt in years of classes with other teachers in only a few weeks with Kendra!

Kendra is an incredible pole teacher and I look forward to Wednesday mixed ability classes every week. Kendra is encouraging, supportive and talented. She is always learning to help her students whether that be through stretches, specific conditioning exercises or new moves and tricks. She has created the loveliest community in her classes who uplift, celebrate and encourage eachother. I highly recommend her classes if you’re looking to improve strength, flexibility or mental health!!

Just completed my stage 1 course & loved every minute!
Lucy is an amazing teacher that fills you full of confidence every step of the way!
