Plush-A-Pet Arvostelua

I felt that the email communication was very good and responsive. Although it was with different people each time mostly, they were all very considerate and knowledgeable and helpful. They gave good recommendations for the best possible pictures of your pet in order to make the best possible clone, and gave email updates to my order before eventually sending me pictures of the completed product. I would not hesitate at all in recommending Plush-A-Pet to my friends who were interested in such a thing.

Excellent response time when I had questions
And so much detail was given!

The clone cat does not look like the given pictures of the real cat.

Customer service was awesome, it didn't matter what time of day it was, the team always responded. The cat looked so good, my daughter was so excited. Our cats even thought it was real.

Ok so I’m updating my previous review because I did receive my shipment this afternoon and I am enamored by the replica of my precious Scrappy who passed away a few years ago. Great job!
The tracking number given me never did work which is what caused anxiety along with the fact that I could not seem to get an appropriate answer regarding the status of the shipment… but all is well now!

I was able to view product from all angles, prior to production.

You did a wonderful job in bringing our fur baby's likeness and this way she will always be with us.

Our Sassy is so life like. She's beautiful. She arrived before Christmas. You always answered emails. I was nervous about when she would arrive but you always assured me . We love her. Did a very awesome job. Thank you 😊

We lost our 16 year old Shitz-zu in September. We just received our Plush-a-pet today and it looks exactly like our Sassy

Our plush-a-pet looked just like our dog Dex. The customer service was beyond amazing and they worked extremely hard to ensure that we received exactly what we wanted! I would buy again from this company.

They replicated every detail of my Boomer. Words cannot be enough to explain just how wonderful it was when we received the clone

Truly top notch company. They replicated every detail of my Boomer. Words cannot be enough to explain just how wonderful it was when we received the clone!! Thank you.

We lost our beautiful Shadow to Cancer and we miss her very much. We sent pictures to Plush-A-Pet and you made us an almost exact replica. Amazing job! We are so thrilled with the final product!

Communication was a little lacking at the beginning, but the work done is amazing.
Our dog truly believes that the plush is real as he keeps barking at it.

Really recommend to pet lovers!

I didn’t feel the plush version looked like our cat. I was pretty specific about 4 things and only one of those things was incorporated. The eyes were too small, the head was too big, and the coloring was too dark. I didn’t know about the coloring until we got it because the lighting in the review photo made it look lighter. I did ask to fix the eyes but after waiting for the fixes, I didn’t see any difference and by then I just needed the gift. My daughter did say she liked it, so one of us was happy.

Great at communication and very friendly

Excellent Job! Amazing Customer Service! My girlfriend loves it!

Absolutely stunning. Bought this as a memorial gift for a friend and can't wait to give it to her. Worth every penny.

The process was smooth and my pet looked great! I did notice an issue with her tail and contacted the company immediately. They then created a brand new pet for me and sent it quickly to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Great costumer service!
