Terrible customer service, and items are mass produced and drop shipped from China. Not the “custom made” shop they claim to be. I ordered a dice & box & necklace set, and they didn’t ship the necklace, then claimed the misleading title was so people can “choose.” Terrible quality on the dice & the box— the box will not shut. Will be filing a chargeback with my card for how inaccurate and awful their product is!

my dice were opalized ; amazing

I recently got into DND and knew I would want a special dice set and this one was perfect! It’s beautiful and elegant and I feel like it can work with any character you play. Not to mention the custom boxes are gorgeous! They arrived a little later than I anticipated, but I was able to easily track the package and be sure it was safe. The only thing that could maybe use some improvement are the very sharp edges on the dice, but it’s not a big deal as long as this isn’t given to a young child. I’m so happy with them and excited to use them for my next game!

The personal from CrystalMaggie was very caring, attentive and professional. When I ordered dice, there were problems with the packages, not one, but two times.
The first time the package was damaged (or at least the tracking page said that, it really never reached me). The second time, the items in the package were stolen.

The shop responded quickly to these events, they gladly sent me replacements for the products, they even gave me some extra to compensate.

The dices and boxes are gorgeous, very well made, little to no defects (I bought dices in other shops so I know what little defects to expect). And overall a delight to the eye.
The dices that have items inside (in this case. Axolotl) made me think that maybe I should get more of the style another day.

I reached out to them because i always like to have an extra D6 with my sets and the colour i wanted wasn’t available as a single D6. They were able to add one to the order for me and made the process so easy.

I wanted custom cat dice with the picture of my cats for my GF and they made them PERFECTLY!!

I sent them pics and they added them to the dice and I cant be happier with the result! They even sent them in a cat themed box for me! 🥹 10/10

The dice themselves came out great. They pretty much look like the product online. I do feel like I need to clean them more, I got the glass dice.
I would suggest ordering far in advance if you need anything by a certain date at shipping just takes a while.

Beautiful dice, good communication and approachable prices for the quality you get.

Have bought a couple of things from them now and haven't been even the slightest bit disappointed.

I’ve had some beautiful dice however the fox one was awful the blue is no where near as blue and the snow effect was just one blob which made it look unintentional and rubbish, when I asked if they could replace it I had met with multiple nos, so yeah you can get some nice sets but they won’t replace anything on the premise of it’s “handmade” and they can all look different.

I'm very pleased with the set itself and how fast was the delivery! Ordered 18 Dec and on 30 Dec already received.
Customer service was also swift and helpful, I can totally recommend!
I'm located in Poland, so probably that's why it's swifter than to US :)

The dice are fine, not the quality of $70 premium dice I'd expect. WoTC class dice are equal quality for $30. Edges are sharp, paint is clean but the faces aren't polished and some of the fluid from the cores leaked into the resin.

I paid an extra for a wooden dice box and they arrived in cardboard.

Fantastic shipping time, no tariff concerns at time of purchase, quality was utterly gorgeous!!

The dice got to me quickly, look gorgeous, and have been rolling phenomenally. Almost took out my party in the first session that I used them in. 😅

The dices and necklace were perfect and arrived in a timely manner. I was really happy that CrystalMaggie was able to ship items to the US when many shops abroad have halted parcel shipping services. I wasn’t charged extra tariff so that’s a pleasant surprise.

Great dice a little sharp but great dice, took a little long to get to me as I ordered a couple new sets, but great communication with customer service!

Their customer service goes above and beyond and rhe dice are amazing!
