Bits & Pieces Arvostelua

Large selection of puzzles and other merchandise. Easy to search and select. Prices comparable and fair. Fun to just peruse through all the puzzle possibilities and choices.

The idea of a personalized picture puzzle. Wish it would have been possible to order different piece count puzzles on one order, had to settle on (3) 500 piece puzzles instead of one of each piece count (ordered for 3 different families with different age ranges). Also, a little confusion between portrait/landscape orientation but lucked into figuring that out ourselves.

Great service and I can’t wait to get my item!!

Good quality puzzles. You are not limited by # of pieces you choose because most puzzles they have they offer in all sizes. Easy ordering and fast delivery.

Puzzles and gifts come in a very timely manner. The quality of the materials purchased is high.

I just love jigsaw puzzles, and bits and pieces has an endless supply of ones to choose from. There are so many available, in fact, that I have the hardest time making up my mind which one to buy next. The puzzles always arrive in a timely fashion and in good condition, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful whenever I place an order. So glad I found bits and pieces!

Lots of interesting puzzles in all sorts of styles and sizes. I like picking different sizes for different people. I also like the wide variety of styles.

The confusing thing about your website is that you have a sale on certain puzzles, however when I open the site with that puzzle, the size I want is NOT on sale at all.

I have purchased puzzles from Bits & Pieces for many years now and have always received them in perfect condition and packaged perfectly.

The variety of pictures for puzzles is wide. Something for everyone. Offering different amounts of pieces for each puzzle is good as people get more infermities. The puzzles seem easy, but the way they are cut is a healthy challenge for the brain. Puzzle pieces are easy to pick up with decrepit fingers. Pieces fit together well and come apart with a minimal amount of effort. The thickness is sturdy. Good for repeated use. In all the decades our family has bought from this company, we have never been stuck with a puzzle we purchased that is missing pieces from the box. There are lots of other puzzles, and game things which we found of good quality and we enjoyed in our leisure time. Thanks for providing reliable enjoyment. Deliveries were promp and within times stated. Tracking the package was easy also. There are many different ways to order and you can speak to people to order.

Placed an order for a Tee Shirt 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything on shipping. The check order status link in the email goes nowhere. Also, calling customer service was not any better. Nobody answered after 10min wait and when prompted to have them call you back, they read out their own number and not yours. Who knows. Another scam for your $$. Maybe one day I'll learn not to buy anything advertised on the internet. Good luck my fellow shoppers.

I just ordered but it was an easy experience and I found what I wanted.

Great products. Excellent quality.

Fantastic company. The puzzles are so much fun, arrived quickly and customer service is great. Highly recommend.

Fantastic selection of puzzles. The free puzzle with a purchase of $39.99 or more is great for gift giving. I have never been disappointed with any of my orders.

Your website is so easy to order from. Your service is prompt, and receiving your current catalog is always a plus!

Misleading website and what you order will NOT be shipped. Tracking number does not provide any information. Website states it is a Canadian company but ships from the United States. Do Not use this company. You will get ripped off. I have attempted to contact but no reply.

Since losing my husband after 55 years of marriage I would get so bored in the evenings without him. It has helped me so much by working puzzles and turning on my favorite TV program. I love working the puzzles but once I complete them I donate the puzzles to the Senior Citizens Center. They love working them in groups.

we spend a lot on puzzles and you never give any deals and delivery tales a long time

Really nice selections! The ordering process is easy... Thank You
