Do not place an order with this…
Do not place an order with this company...Total scam.
Ordered before Christmas...Got the email that others got...We are over whelmed. Reached out sometime in February...only to be told it was delivered Jan 31 and that "I should look around my property". Or "Check with my local Logistics Provider". Never once was a refund or replacement order offered. The I get a random email in August from them again asking if I got my order. They are absurd! I sorry I had to give them one star as they do not even deserve that.

Can’t believe they are keeping the charade going even when I stopped trying.

If you look for magnetic chess on amazon, ebay, allegro or any other online retailer you will find EXACTLY the same stuff at 20% of the price. After getting 3 bags of magnetchess (because it was supposed to be cool Swedish thing) shipped from china, with poor quality, every bag different I knew something was up. Quality plus fun factor
My grandchildren and my adult children all really enjoy playing. I was kind of worried about ordering online but super happy I did. I ordered three sets last Christmas and will probably order three more. Great for little gifts. My 3 year old plays against me, 65 years so fun to teach and good quality.

The product appears good & the response from the dealer was good but the delivery system falls short of expectations. If that was upgraded to a faster response I would be happy to score it much higher.
Update: the game is fun; the product is everything as advertised; & Daniella was good to deal with. Other than the hiccup with the delivery system, I'm pleased with my purchase. Thank you!

Delivery issue, no fault of Magnet Chess
I ordered 2 sets. Got worried after not receiving parcel quite a while after they sent it. However, it turned out to be human error with the delivery person at the New Zealand end, plus a ripped Address label. I tracked it down. No fault of Magnet Chess Shop. Game is great, grandson loves it! Excellent communication from Magnet Chess shop via regular emails wanting to resolve the situation. Debbie, New Zealand

The game is great! Delivery was subpar. I got easily confirmation but no order number. Then about 2 werks later, I got an email asking if I was enjoying the game, but it still hadn't arrived.
I reported the issue to customer support and the game showed up a couple days later before I got a response from support.

We're truly sorry that your order didn't arrive in time for Christmas. Over the holiday period, we experienced a sudden increase in orders after going viral, which affected processing times and slowed customer support responses.
Although your order took longer than expected, we wanted to make sure it reached you, which is why we continued to follow up even months later. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during that time.
Thank you again for your kind words about the game and for your honest feedback. Your support means a great deal to our family business, and we've made improvements to help ensure a better experience for all of our customers.
