Horrible took so long in the post with that company you used they lost my parcel then couldn’t find my house! The product is spilt all over! Waste of money waste of time dealing with all of the process horrible I would like my money back!

Daughter loves the trampoline and so do we. However the customer support from the person working in the plum Sydney office was rude and did not pass on my request to speak to someone else with my feedback.

Trampoline was easy to purchase on line and it was delivered quickly without any issues.

Hard to put together. Requires tools and expertise.

Very happy with my purchase my 3 and a half year old Grandson is enjoying his Christmas present. I would recommend this trampoline to anyone with a child under five. Completely safe due to the design and padded structure as well as being an attractive outdoor play accessory. It doesn’t take up too much space either. The only one thing I would mention was we had a little difficulty in putting it together you may need more than one pair of hands.

Shipped very quickly and delivered to my local Australia Post outlet as I was not home on delivery. Goods easy to assemble and exactly as advertised. My grandchildren are enjoying playing with the table every day. Good quality and very sturdy for outdoor use.

Ordered boxing day. Arrived many weeks later. No email to say it had been delivered, sitting out the front of my house free for all. Once assembled putting the net over the top as it says in the instructions bending poles inwards and not completely fitting. Instantly emailed regarding whether we had done something or had the wrong size no reply. Called multiple times no answer, went to socials to ask what was happening nothing. Wasnt until i complained on a post they shared about how unprofessional plum was that i got an instant response. Been 2 weeks and still waiting for our replacement safety net. Since i commented on the post my comment has been deleted.

We brought the large climbing frame. Disappointed as the bolts that were provided were way too short, and it was completely unnecessary for the design.

Happy with trampoline got caught up in Xmas transport but that was my late order . Grandchildren very happy 👏👏👏

Delivery before Christmas was a pleasant surprise as I ordered late.
I did have questions though and upon calling got the message “we have turned the phones off as we have had too many calls. “This is disappointing. Most people get frustrated when not heard and in day and age of auto response, which usually doesn’t address you question, frustrations rise.
I would suggest hiring a causal staff member to just answer the phones would be a better move.

What a great product. Trampoline was put up in less time than specified by 2 people that have never put one up. Made very well. A few friends also bought trampolines for christmas from cheaper places and you can definitely tell the difference in quality.

Promised a pre-Christmas delivery and the company delivered. Our kids love the trampoline and they are getting plenty of use on it.

Like outdoor Ikea furniture, the Climbing Cube was fairly straight forward to construct. We (me (Mum) and 2 work friends) constructed it together and made a fun day of it. My advice would be to unpackaged everything first, label all pieces of wood to cross check (as there were some slight errors from Plum Play) and read the instructions a few times. We even managed to dig holes and concrete this in ourselves. Important to show our kids that women can construct, drill and assemble too. Allow a weekend for construction because these things always take longer than it says (2 adults, 6 hours).

The item was only purchased a few weeks ago as a Christmas gift and some of the bolts have already started to rust. It is also very difficult to put together, at some points requiring more than the 2 people recommended.

Exactly how it is described, prompt delivery, great instructions for construction.

Overall happy with the set so far. Only just put it up so time will tell. Only suggestion I have for improvement is to get a better seat for the swing. The one it comes with is too narrow and have already had 2 grandkids slip off it while swinging. I'll be changing it I think. Wasn't too hard to put together. I did all the fiddly bits and my daughter and I put up the frame.
