We have had exactly the same issues as others.

* Faulty cheap timber needs lots of sanding before we would let our child near it
* Missing parts and screws
* Cracked slide
* Appalling price for what the product actually is

Nothing for our boy to have on Christmas morning due to multiple missing parts and a very inadequate customer service team who have closed their telephone line and stated to contact via email. No email response, team replied on Facebook messenger we are working on your enquiry and we will get back to you. Still yet to be contacted. I too never leave reviews but had to leave this one as I really hope another family doesn’t go through what we’ve been through. We spent the money thinking it would last us years and looks like our boy won’t even get one play on it.

Awful experience with Plum play will never be purchasing again. I still have not received part of my equipment for a teepee and a treehouse after 2 months. One was a pre order, one was not. Some equipment was left on my front lawn not even in packaging. Customer service is horrible, I was responded back to this morning and then wrote back and instantly received an email saying they are closed till the 4th. Their Instagram states they close on the 24th of December. My kids do not have their Christmas present. Plum play do not care. We spent so much money and we are honestly so upset.

Extremely disappointed to say the least!.
Bought the lookout tower swing set. Upon opening the boxes and making sure all parts were there, it turns out half of them are coded wrongly which makes it extremely hard to identify. Even trying to match using dimensions only didnt work. Parts missings such as timber, screws, bolts. Some timber have splits in them which being a childs product is dangers. The slide is broken and to top it all off they have closed down their call centre! Absolute joke! For the price i paid for it i'm extremely frustrated. I will never buy from here again.

Service fantastic, ordered on a Sunday afternoon and it was here a few days later. Very quick. Easy to use website. Didn't have to deal with customer service team, so can't comment. But if their smooth website service is any indication I would imagine they would be fantastic too. Thanks again.

Don't waste your money mine turned up damaged and then within 2 days of playing with it the wood cracked.

I have mixed reviews as as this is my first purchase and i am still waiting for part of it to arrive 4 1/2 week after ordering it. I understand that this does come down to the transport company that has caused this delay but its still a little disappointing. I have been in communications with Plum themselves and they have been quick to get back to me with what is going on and where things are currently so i can not fault them there but would be helpful if they had a phone number that you could reach them on. Still waiting for the last box to arrive so hopefully soon we can put our sons cubby house together.

Customer service is shocking i called and was spoken to so rudely i will never purchase again

Disappointed with my purchase. Had a Plum 4ft enclosed trampoline for three years and recently decided to upgrade. I ordered the 7ft enclosed one and after tracking with it from Perth to Broome in order to save a couple of hundred $ on freight, we put it together and this thing is not much bigger than the old one! The kids are so disappointed 😔 Clearly I must be missing something here 🤔 Can someone please explain?

Product was available and purchase and delivered very quickly.

Good product but I found problem which are as below product has less ground clearance and plastic bottom support which looks fancy but may not last long .

Great quality product for the price. Speedy delivery even during stage 4 Melbourne lockdown.

Whilst there was a delay in getting stock, the moment it came in our replacement was sent on. I have always found them helpful and responsive.

This trampoline was one of the best investments we have made for our children! The service was fantastic and super happy!!

Great communication and even better product!! We’re having as much fun as our kids on it!
