Joan at Plumplay went above and beyond to help me fix a delivery mistake I had made with my trampoline order. She stayed calm, was incredibly kind and professional, and managed to locate the package just before it was loaded onto the truck so the address could be corrected. Truly outstanding customer service—thank you, Joan!

Well don't ask how a product is when i actually haven't received the product. Very disappointing on your service. I have actually ordered products from other companies and received them within 2 days, would like to know what delivery company you are using

This swing set we purchased for our daughter for Christmas not even two years ago and I'd have to say that disappointed is an understatement in how the timber has worn, it has all split to the point the it's broken in half, the slats on the decking have broken, the stairs, when we unscrewed those pieces to replace them the support beams were the same and rotten in places, for something that is meant to be made for outside it's not very good quality in the long run.

wow, seriously is PLUM PLAY legit company, I know they do not care about their customers, they do not get back to you, you have to keep contacting/emailing/messaging/phoning and then all you get is we do not have product's that are OUR brand, but hey wait another 3 weeks and we MIGHT, it will be over 2 months of request by then. We will never buy plum again, and do not recommend in any way. THIS is what we have been sending and updated from start October, to now a week into November.

I rung off another phone they answered
I have emailed numerous times and told will get back to me
This has been going on for over a month, does your company sell items, then if we do not have the money to buy a complete new one because of an issue with the weather, your company does not care.
Oh yes I was offer Pfft a 5% discount, when I could have bought at black Friday sales far cheaper.
Then the parts I need are $30 each part plus shipping, it is the straight up pole, but hey they do not sell the one pole without you having to buy the bend pole as well, even thou they are separate parts and we do not need the bend parts. and we need 6, then shipping so over $200 for 6 poles, the rest of the trampoline is/was perfect, so you may as well buy a new trampoline from a legit company.

Now we have had hail and we have had more of the trampoline damaged while awaiting to put it back together once you had got the items to me, but hey I am feeling that $600 down the drain and unfairly because the big company does not care about us who are on disabled pension and struggling, while trying to get our little ones back out enjoying your products.

BEWARE and think of your kids CHRISTMAS do you want them to enjoy or have to wait for any part you might need replaced.

Trampoline was easy to build and installed myself. The kids love it!

very good trampoline wanted size to fit space so a 10ft was right also accessories to fit it perfectly sunshade and mister , easy assembly mostly by 1 woman top half a bit more tricky needing 2 and a ladder as it has tall side mesh sides for safety of bigger kids and adults very happy granddaughter with autism loves it and getting exercise as usually just on pc/laptop so a win win .

Extremely disappointed with Plum Play Australia.

We ordered new poles for our trampoline — which really shouldn’t have been necessary, as the trampoline is only five years old. The original poles had rusted through and broken, which says a lot about the product quality.

We provided the correct model number, but they sent us the wrong poles. After sending clear photos showing they were incorrect, they continued to insist they were right. Eventually, they agreed in writing to issue us a refund — but then completely ignored us from that point on.

We’ve followed up multiple times and received no response. No refund. No explanation. Nothing.

This is shockingly poor customer service. We're now out of pocket with parts we can't use and no way to get any resolution. Based on this experience, I absolutely would not recommend Plum Play.

We got the 5 unit play equipment for our 1 year olds birthday and we love it. Great quality & delivery was quick. It is very easy to attach different swings to suit different ages too. Pretty easy to install as well.

We ordered a timber monkey bars set from Plum Play for our daughter for Christmas. Although slightly more than we were looking to spend initially, the quality of the timber and over all construction is great. Our daughter regularly goes out and uses it and comments how fun it is.

Easy to out together (took my husband and I less than 15 mins) and I received a prompt response when checking in on its delivery progress as it was close to Christmas.

Would purchase from Plum Play again.
