Plumbers Stock Arvostelua

I was skeptical, because there were some negative reviews here. They had the best price I could find for my toro sprinkler system part that went bad, so I bought the part here. Part arrived quickly. I did reach out to customer service, because I never received an update that the order had shipped or a tracking number, and customer service replied quickly. Highly recommend this company, and I would use them again! Part is exactly as described and was packaged very well

When I initially placed items in my cart it indicated the items would ship in 2 days. Once the order was submitted, the delivery date was noted as several weeks later. I reached out to Customer Service & Luna was extremely responsive & helpful -- ultimately being able to source both of my items from various warehouses and having all shipped out within 24 hrs removing a TON of stress from my master bath remodel!! Thank you Luna!!

John was a huge help, adding another item to online order and responding to my questions in a timely manner.

Thank you Luna.

I received first rate customer service and professional follow thru from Luna a PlumbersStock.com customer service representative. She was courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient in her assistance with me. I went from being a not so happy customer (long lead time for my chosen products and expensive shipping for a low cost product) to a PlumbersStock fan. Luna helped get it right. She was diligent and assured me that things would be taken care of and THEY WERE! She followed up and tracked it for me so I didn’t need to call back and do that myself. She then followed up! That is a true representative! As a result- we’ll absolutely work with PlumbersStock in the future. Thank you to Luna who is a 5 star customer service representative. People like Luna are what makes you guys great! 5 stars!!

My order was flagged and cancelled from Lexi Starley.
I called and spoke w/John T and he was very helpful in obtaining additional information from me to reinstitute my order and get things back on track for delivery.

Subsequently after that (about 30 min later), I received another email from Lexi Starley, cancelling the order again.

This is frustrating as I had to call PlumberStock again to understand, what was going on.
They ensured that my order has been placed and delivery is scheduled as planned.

All good now but still uneasy that my order is possibly cancelled.

Part was late at no fault of theirs. Didn’t need after that long. They refunded me immediately.
Great company.

Well educated and explained all I need to know.

John responded to my question and provided a tracking link

Had everything I needed. Christy was great to deal with.

I entered an incorrect expiration date on my credit card; I was notified by Christy V that my card was declined. The items ordered are drastically needed and the fact that your customer service team reached out was amazing. I think your customer service is exceptional!

Christy was very helpful when I inadvertently typed in an incorrect credit card number. She was understanding and was quick to respond so I could get my order in a timely manner.

My card on file had an issue. They followed up promptly with an email and a phone call to resolve the issue. Christy was very helpful and able to answer all my questions.

Good attention to customer care.

Cristy was very helpful in resolving my order, id’ing and ordering a substitute part while keeping me informed.

Christy was very helpful and quick to respond!

Since my original review I found outthat Plumbers stock charged me $26 for sending back the wrong batteries they had sent me. You can imagine how happy that made me.

I had an absolute great experience with the company. Even when the hose I bought didn’t work because didn’t fit (my fault for not verify the part no.) they allow me to return the item without much issue.
The personalize treatment of Luna really did the difference. I wish there would be more people like her on customer support instead all these new AI fake support system. Thank you a lot Luna.

Luna went the extra mile to help me out , was very happy with the service
