Quick response to my question

John responded and answered my question promptly!

Great customer service, would order again. The product that I ordered was discontinued; I was notified promptly. Christy V. from customer service quickly identified a comparable product at the same price point and gave me a replacement order option.

LUNA, the customer agent in the Philippines who assisted with my order, made the whole experience GREAT!!!!! She was incredibly courteous & knowledgable & figured out almost immediiately the exact NEW toilet tank top lid that I needed and wanted to order!!!! She is A excellent staff member of YOUR team & was A pleasure speaking with her!!!!!

We haven't received the product yet, and you're asking for our experience

I must say that the online ordering process was less than stellar. For some reason, after placing my order, I could not get to the shopping cart, and ordering section. I was frustrated and unable to check out with my product.

At some point in searching the site for the checkout section, I stumbled into a phone number. I decided to call the number in the event that I could close out the deal with a customer service rep.

Luna answered the phone. She turned the whole experience around and was calm and collected and helped me to complete my order my hats off to you, Luna, as without your intervention, I would not have been able to complete my transaction.

Thank you so much Luna, you made my day!

Douglas

Luna was great and very helpful in placing our order over the phone. Thank you Luna.

Luna was extremely helpful. She made ordering the parts I needed super easy. She made certain I ordered what I needed and was very personable. I appreciated how pleasant she was and how outstanding her customer service skills are. She was wonderful. Ordering was a breeze, prices are excellent.

This 5* review for John is TENTATIVE because the part I've ordered will take some time before being delivered. John was VERY honest in apprising me of my order status, which I greatly appreciate.

Let's hope Plumbers Stock can deliver.

Christy was thorough and polite. I appreciate her patience as my schedule delayed my response times.

good communication and very quick refund when ordered part was no longer available

I asked customer support if they could give me information about when my order would ship. John T. sent me an e mail almost immediately, told me my order was shipped and gave me the tracking number. I don't know how he worked magic, but I got my shower head the next day!!

John was very helpful! A quick resolution to my question

The part I ordered was discontinued. They found a replacement part, but it was back ordered. I eventually cancelled the order; however, the service was great. They kept me apprised of the status and there was no hassle in cancelling the order. I will definitely try them again the next time the need arises.
