Zero customer service

Zero customer service. Have sent multiple emails requesting a return authorization and the only response I receive is a survey on how they did! Worthless.

The part I ordered was out of stock so…

The part I ordered was out of stock so I had to cancel the order. MJ helped me with that and he was able to quickly resolve the problem. I appreciate his help and professionalism. Great experience.

While we did have some shipping issues, I am totally satisfied with both the products and the excellent service, from Christy.
My preference for either UPS or Fed Ex is exampled in this event.
I did finally receive the PVC pipe just this morning. And have already begun the project I purchased it for.
