Thank you Jered for your help. You have been very professional and curtieous.

Chad was wonderful! He took my correct credit card information in a timely and friendly fashion!

I made an order for a new toilet. My shipping address is in Hawaii and the added shipping cost presumably incorporated that fact. After a weeks when it was about to ship and a day after they charged my credit card for the order. I receive and email requesting and additional $400 to ship the order. I cancelled it and am now waiting for a refund. Hawaii has been a state since 1959. You would think mainland companies would figure out how much it takes to ship things here. I made this purchase from plumberstock, in part, due to their competitive shipping fee. Now I'm delayed several weeks, back to square one. Very disappointed.

Frances was very helpful with my service. I didn't have the information with me but he was able to pull it up on his side. He also helped me determine how to return my item... and item that is in perfect working order, I had just ordered the wrong thing. I appreciated his understanding and politeness.

Sheng has been extremely responsive and helpful in communicating shipping delays for my order. I really appreciate his detailed and helpful email repsonses.

Chad was very responsive on my order, great place

Best prices anywhere for Mustee sinks and Moen faucets -- the reason I decided to purchase from PlumbersStock. However, and consistent with other reviewers' complaints, online purchasing was a headache...and ultimately impossible. I tried two times to purchase online, and Frances responded quickly each time to verify that no purchase had occurred. Ultimately, I placed the order via telephone call and John was courteous, helpful, and prompt -- essentially filling out the same online-paywall form that I had used -- unsuccessfully. PlumbersStock, dump that current third-wall vendor. You're likely losing business because of the ridiculous snags/delays.

The order was supposed to ship within two days and it did not. I called before placing the order to make sure the website was accurate in quantity on hand and to confirm the shipping times. The order did not ship for 9 days when I was told 2. I was not emailed tracking information when it shipped either. I had to call twice in order to get it.
Frances on the phone was wonderful though. Helpful on my follow up call for tracking. But overall I will not use this company again. It delayed my project for a customer by over a week. I would have never ordered had I known they did not have the product on hand to ship in 1 -2 days like I was informed. Be cautious even if they tell you something on the phone.

Prompt and very understandable response from Sheng

I would have given them a five star… but their website says they will send an email with tracking information when the order ships…. But they didn’t do that … so I had to call twice to get that info. Chad was great though….

Wonderful communication, knowledgeable and caring, Sheng was very helpful.

Excellent customer service and support from Jared from Mowrow. He responded back to all my emails and answered all questions.
Helped get my robot lawnmower up running.

Prompt response

The item I ordered was backlogged 6 weeks and team member Frances helped me cancel it- quick & effiient!

Chad was exceptionally responsive in answering my question regarding the sink strainer, hence my order.

Only problem is the ~ 1 month estimated shipping time.

Sheng has been ever so patient with me. Due to the huge time difference (USA v Europe) it took some effort to get the order sorted. It has all been taken care of now. Thank you!

the friendliness and professionalism of your customer service representative as well as the help in placing an order. Frances went above and beyond to ensure that my order was placed properly.

Abish was very responsive, personable and helpful via email. Appreciate their help!
