Plumbers Stock Arvostelua

Ordered two complete toilet sets. Ordering was easy, they shipped them quickly and they were a good price. Unfortunately, one tank was broken during shipping but Abish in customer service was very courteous and replaced my unit quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with how they handled my order.

Abish handled everything I threw at her and we made sense of the orders and issues I had. Thank you

Francis is an excellent customer service specialist. He was professional and friendly. I explained my shipping issue with him and he promptly resolved the issue. He was very knowledgeable and made the process painless. I wish more customer service reps had the temperament of Francis.

The staff at pluberstock fixed my problem even though the mistake was all mine. Bless them. Trust them.

our order was delayed, Frances the support person was helpful in keeping us informed

This company is poorly organized. My order from February was backordered and I got two of the four items ordered. The second two did not come. I got the runaround UNTIL I connected with Jared, who was fabulous! He eliminated all red tape and got the orders shipped in an hour. He was kind, courteous, respectful, efficient, knowledgable, and sympathetic.

Great prices and excellent customer service. Placed an order. It wasn't going to arrive in time, so I ordered another one from a different place. Long story short, ordered still arrived from plumbers stock. It took one call and a full refund and return label were issued. Will do business again.

Abish provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me resolve the verification issue with my order. She was very helpful, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. Thanks to her assistance, my order was successfully approved and processed. I truly appreciate all her help and highly recommend her excellent customer service!

Great experience. First tier products and the best customer service. Had to return some items. Abish was outstanding with her help and professionalism.

great customer service; easy to understand; provided discount; gave approximate timeline on delivery

Abish was very helpful with updateing the shipping address.

Abish provided the exact info I was looking for and offered additional assistance if I needed it.

The website advertised parts as "in stock" and ready to ship within two days. Turns out this was not true and I was going to have to wait a month to receive the parts. I called to cancel the order and the customer service Abisha was very helpful (she gets five stars!)

Customer service was very helpful when I called to ask about my order. I was given the information I needed, thank you.

Frances was great helping me with ordering the shower faucet trim parts that I needed. He was excellent in helping me to order the right parts !!!!

Despite several missteps by Plumbers Stock, Customer Service Representative, Abish, really came through for me to correct the situations. She put her energy into making sure I came out a satisfied customer and because of her, I most definitely am. She got the Toto toilet bowl that arrived at my home broken replaced, she had the wrong model of the Toto Washout A2 that had arrived at my house replaced lightning fast and she advocated for me to get a 10% discount for all of my inconvenience and delayed bathroom remodel due to these errors. If Plumbers Stock's management have any intelligence, they will do whatever is needed to keep Abish on their team.

I ordered a beautiful Delta Faucet and it arrived in the expected time frame. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use it. I contacted the company, and Francis from customer service was incredibly helpful with the return process. I will definitely be shopping here again on my next remodel!

My customer service request was dealt with promptly, professionally and efficiently by Jared.
I originally purchased this product from them because of their reputation for standing behind their products and they certainly do just that.
Very impressed and I would recommend them highly.
