Mr. Andy was highly professional.
I highly recommend them.

I found this company online when looking for wooden wall panels for my bathroom. I have to admit I was a little unsure at first when they were selling the exact same panels (Naturepanel Cuneo Oak wall panels) from the exact same manufacturer £101 cheaper per panel than Wickes! Wickes price £240, Kendor £121. A quick call to Kendor confirmed everything I wanted to know, the price was real, the company was real and the deal was unbelievable! I dealt with a lady called Kom each time who was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient with getting my order together. I received a quote, made payment and then, bad news, my order wasn't going to be available for about 12 days, there was a backlog! I needed the panels for the bathroom fitter by the next few days. I had paid at this point and was kicking myself for not having ordered sooner. But no need to panic...Kendor were on to it. Kom had remembered I needed the panels as soon as possible and said they were doing everything they could to arrange delivery to meet my deadline. Sure enough, true to their word, and I'm still not sure how they pulled it off, but they arranged delivery within 72 hours. The delivery arrived by Fragile Courier PDP today which was great. The panels are amazing quality and exactly what I was looking for and thanks to Kendor I've saved £968 on the panels alone! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them as the best online company I have ever dealt with - and I do a lot of online shopping! Customer Service here was the absolute best and they strived to meet my order and time frames and then, on the day of delivery, I received a call to thank me for my order and to hope my project went well and to confirm delivery time. This is a family run business with a wealth of experience, who value their customers and do not disappoint. Customer service, quality, value for money - simply outstanding. I will definitely be using them again.
