The delivery driver brought the radiator into the premises and left it on a pallet at the entrance of building where customers couldn't access the building and left it with a single female who couldn't move it guy was rude and not interested in helping

Ordered with competitive price during Xmas hols, and was actioned as promised on 2nd Jan. Adjusted delivery vehicle to suit access, and arrived as scheduled despite atrocious snowy weather. Very helpful sales helpline and delivery driver. Full marks all round!

Fantastic Customer Service
I needed a replacement shower panel in two days time due to damage of one in transit. Koml, Kendor advisor put out all the stops to make this happen. Management agreed and the new panel arrived 08:00 am two days time. Really pleased with this! Thanks alot Koml!

Kom went above and beyond to make sure I received my shower panels after I had been let down by another supplier. I was kept informed frequently and even received update calls from her - mostly unheard of customer service nowadays. Thanks very much and very pleased with the panels.

Incredible Customer Service
I ordered flooring from Kendor which was required urgently. They shipped quickly to Northern Ireland, the distributor here rang to say 2 boxes were damaged. Raj went above and beyond to organise delivery for me. The NI Rep Stephen delivered 9 boxes of flooring directly to me in the snow. Thank you again, would def recommend.

Radiators were damaged
Radiators were damaged. Sent a replacement that was the wrong size. You should use a different delivery service, the man that delivered was rude, left the radiators on the drive and was on his own, when there should have been 2 people as they are very heavy. Also customer service agent was quite rude when a refund was requested
