Having used this company for the past ten years, for both installation and servicing, I can confirm that I have always received first class workmanship.

The Engineer established the reason for the leak in the pipe and repaired it effectively.
However, when we received the invoice we had an
unpleasant shock. Apparently we had been charged £65 for a call out charge.
When we reported the fault we stated it was not urgent and it could be repaired anytime.
At no time in the conversation was a callout charge mentioned.
We are therefore disappointed with the charge.

I have just had a fantastic heating engineer to get my combiboiler back to working order. Daniel quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything and what he would need to order.
Within a few days I was contacted to say the part was in and an appointment made. Two days ago Daniel arrived with the part and it was all sorted without any problems.
It had been a real concern when tge heating stopped working but with Daniel’s expertise it has all been concluded with my heating working better than before.
Daniel was calm and definitely knew his job inside and out. Thank you, he is a real credit to your Company

No issue with the quality of the work, but I do have an issue with the transparency of the pricing. I was verbally quoted £65 to remove a gas hob, and £75 to install a new one after I had replaced the worktops. Removal went as expected except that the fitter opted to remove the isolator valve as that made the blanking off easier for him. On the new install I was then charged the expected £75, plus £50 for supply and install of a new isolator. Thus I was in effect charged £50 to make the fitter's life a bit easier on the disconnect. Had I known that this would happen I'd have told him to leave the original isolator in place.
