PlumbCall Plumbing and Heating Ltd Arvostelua 

Not recommended. Booked them to carry out a service on my Worcester Bosh Oil fired boiler. Up front price of £151. Engineer carried out service BUT didn't want to clean filter and didn't have any spares to replace fuel oil line and heat exchange seal. Today I received a quote to finish the job £269 + VAT !!!! Feeling ripped off.

Excellent service from start to finish. I had a new Vaillant boiler installed, and wanted a local supplier I could trust, not a faceless company on the internet. They were friendly, fast, efficient thoroughly professional, and reasonably priced. Boiler delivered and fitted within 2 days of ordering. Hot water and heating at last! Wonderful 😊

We have had quite a lot of work done to upgrade hot water and heating. PlumbCall installed a new immersion heater enabling us to use our solar panels plus off peak electricity for all hot water, and have made this compatible with using the gas boiler for heating in winter. We are pleased with the result and have saved money by reducing gas usage. When in the past the gas boiler was on all year round for hot water and heating, now the boiler has been off all summer. We can recommend PlumbCall for any domestic heating and plumbing work, in our experience they offer a responsive, reliable and cost effective service.

AFTER A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE OF A LOT OF WATER COMING THROUGH THE UPSTAIRS LANDING CEILING & A NIGHT OF DRIP, DRIP, DRIP, AND NOT BEING ABLE TO FIND THE LEAK, BEARING IN MIND THAT THE MAIN WATER STOPCOCK VALVE HAD BEEN TURNED OFF.

Worst experience I’ve had with a plumber. Totally overpriced the job then neglected the full ending price. “Helpfully” offered to give a phoney receipt and asking for a portion to reduce the tax, which frankly constitutes fraud. They are now cheeky and brazen enough to ask me to write this very review. I’m disgusted and furious and will never use these crooks again.

Girlfriends grandfather, "Den", calls on the morning of New Years Eve to advise that he has been without heating and hot water since boxing day. British Gas Emergency Service had visited and noted parts weren't available until the 4th Jan 2022. Nightmare.

Living circa 200 miles away, I jumped on to google to get some local plumber numbers, ready to call on the drive up to see him. Fast forward 20 minutes and 4 frustratingly uninterested conversations later, I dialled Plumb-Call's number. Thank goodness!

The emergency number was answered swiftly and professionally. Within 2 minutes I'd provided the address and was calling Den to say don't start burning your copies of the Daily Mail to keep warm, Plumb-Call are on their way!

Ashley from Plumb-Call called me following his initial inspection (within 90 minutes of my call) to say don't fret, it's fixable, the team are checking the store room for parts (it's a very old heating system - 1980's I believe) and if available, he'd send me a quote with a view to install the day after accepting the quote. Quite contrary to my usual frugal self, I said just get it done and we'll sort the money out afterwards.

Quite amazingly, I get a call New Years morning to say heating and hot water are operational again. Den is warm and I've racked up some valuable brownie points with the girlfriend.

Quick chat with Ashley to give him my email address for invoicing purposes, I'm then awaiting with trepidation, fearing the worst...

But alas, there was a fairy tale ending to my brief telephone encounter with Ashley. My relief was audible, much to my girlfriends amusement. The works were carried out at an extremely competitive rate, especially given the emergency call out and it being New Years Eve and New Years Day.

Running a small building firm myself, I asked our plumbers to guess the cost. They were all over, and most, quite honestly said they'd have charged at least double (and no, we're not based in London) or wouldn't have answered the phone.

I'm not one for writing reviews, but Ashley and the team, well, you've restored my faith in Plumbers!!!

Great service, great value, great people. My plumbers are already worried that you may branch out to our area...if you do, let me know!
