Kimmy was incredibly helpful throughout the entire support process. She was very knowledgeable, resourceful, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. She answered all of my questions patiently and made sure I understood what was happening with my server.

Nicole was helpful. Answered my questions quickly without making me feel pressured to make a decision that wouldn't be best for my needs. She did suggest the higher memory package because the game I was interested in hosting has a memory leak issue, so that was actually a good thing to see!

Nicole helped me and was very polite and helpful. Part of my issue involved having a password attached to my server, which it sounds like is a known problem and makes it unable to connect to the server, but I understand this is outside of the control of the hosting service. It might be good to have a little message on the server password part that indicates this, as limiting access to the server is a large part of the appeal of hosting a server myself. Aside from that, Nicole, was very quick in her replies and helped how she could, thank you!

Had a server issue where i couldn't load in into server, contacted support using the chat feature spoke to Nicole and answered super fast and sorted the issue straight away and was super friendly and polite! one of best customer service interactions I've ever had!
