Works great with fantastic customer service
All my servers have run very well so far even with some of the cheaper resources.
The server manager is pretty easy to use but also provides a lot of more advanced settings like modding and accessing files with or without FTP alongside thorough knowledge bases to show you how to do this.
Additionally the customer support has been great, just under a year ago a server auto-renewed because I forgot to disable that but I was very easily able to get that refunded as credit.
And then just earlier today I was easily able to get that credit restored no problem by Emman after finding out it technically runs out after 180 days.
