Unfortunately I read these reviews after trying to use the “service”. It didn’t work so I tried to cancel my 50p subscription, but it didn’t recognise my password. I then proceeded to change the password, but again it wasn’t recognised. I then contacted my bank who were very helpful. They cancelled my card and will issue a new one so I will have saved the £29.95 charge.

Was trying to help my partner find his phone but all it did was give me a map of UK. Paid 50p for nothing and cancelled my bank card so they can't take any further payments. Do not use.

Absolute SCAM. They says .50p to locate which didn’t happen. Then taken £29.95 as subscription. I spoke to the bank as well as the phone tracker.pro customer service and get it refunded. However they started taken in again on August and September. Just saw them today and spoke to my bank to dispute them and requested not to authorise future payments from ohobetracker.pro. Bank said it will take 60 days to refund my money. So then sent a message to phone tracker.pro to refund my money.

Al least Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask!

Return my money. They did nothing to find my phone or notify me of anything.

Absolute scam. They will start charging you 30 a month noticed this immediately and cancelled my card.

A scam, mislead you. Will charge more than stated, and it’s not a one off payment they keep taking money, avoid at all costs

Lost my work phone last September 2023. Used this app as stated 50p to track. Didn't realise they subscribed you for 30 quid a month!

I've been paying this without realising and now £359.40 out of pocket! Sent an email requesting a refund, they bloody best do or I'll be opening up a case against them.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Totally fraudulent bunch of fraudsters payed 50p took 29.95 today not resting there gonna get onto bank and register complaint to authorities robbed

Scam avoid at all costs. Contacted my bank Nationwide full refund within 24 hours. Stay well away

What more can I add that I've read now after the event.
It comes across as a legitimate service but actually doesn't do what it states.
The service doesn't work unless the phone at the other end respo is to their text.. hardly a tracking service for a lost or stolen phone.
Anyway, after paying the initial £0.50p fee for the trial they proceed to take £29.95 from your account despite you not even using the (supposed service) again.
There should be regulations against these kinds of sites and companies that clearly act fraudulently.
I approached them via email and received a abrupt and rather rude reply basically saying even if you haven't used the account, you didn't close it within 24hrs and therfore we're charging for the privilege..
Complete and utter rip off.. I'm fuming and had to contact my bank and explain how much of a scam this is.

Sadly have to agree with all the other comments and this is a complete scam!!! I stumbled on the page from a Google search when a bridesmade lost her phone before a wedding and we weren't sure if the hair/makeup team had picked it up in error. I agreed to the 0.50p but then the page wants all manner of details so I exited before filling anything else out and them before I know it I've been charged £29.95 and for what!!! Email communications all c9me back with the same reply each and ever time which is infuriating. I'm hoping my bank will help reclaim the money 🤬

100% agree with all the other reviews. Take £0.50p off you and then start charging a monthly fee of £29.95. I have contacted the fraud department at my bank and hopefully get my money back but this is clearly a SCAM.

I don't know how these thieves got my details but I've been robbed £30 daily for a service I never used. I've reported to fraud yesterday but they've still taken £30 today!

Absolutely disgusting scumbags

This review is written behalf of my wife who was scammed by this crowd last weekend. More or less everything that we would say about this company has been said below on other reviews. It's just a pity my wife didn't Google the company beforehand. They refuse to issue a refund for an amount they slyly got their grubby little hands on.

This organisation is a shower of thieving (Bleeps). You need a 0 star or even Negative star score for organisations like these total scumbags. Like others here I paid my 50p and authorised NO other payments. I didn't notice the second payment going out and they got three months out of me before I did. I contacted my debit card provider and they put me through to their Fraud dept. who have put a block on further payments and will try to recover the money, but I am not hopeful. Just hope this saves someone else from getting caught.

Doesn’t work and over charges.

Paid the advertised fee of 50p for 24hr access to the service - which didn’t work anyway!
Then they charged me the full monthly subscription even although that was listed as a separate option.
Total Scam.
When I saw the charges on my bank balance I tried to contact them to find out what happened. And to cancel and hopefully get my money back.
I have tried multiple times to call. Each time I’ve been on hold for about 5 minutes then a recorded message states they are very busy and I’ll need to leave a message and they’ll call me back. The next message (each time) then says the mailbox is full so I can’t leave a message
Would give 0 stars if that was an option!

Phonetracker promised to locate a phone for just 50p then took £29.95 out of my account the following day. Neither the website nor the terms and conditions make clear that this second charge will be levied.
