Scam showed some location in Scotland I’m in the uk

My phone is missing can u help me to track it

Do not use. Absolutely useless.
I paid 50p and it said my wife's phone was in Scotland whereas she found it at work in Essex!

I did not sign up for anything and just made a one off payment but I will be keeping an eye in my bank for sure

Definitely a scam. Searched for a phone and the response was that it was in Scotland when the phone was at home in Wales all along. DO NOT USE!!

They then charged me £29.95 the following day! I called thrm and was kept waiting and then asked to cleave a message but then, surprise surprise, mail box is full. They need stopping and reported to Action Fraud.

I would like to give no stars, but sadly thats not possible. Like all other reviews about this app/ company, they are total scammers and my story is the same. My partner lost his phone & had no tracking on it. We were desperate, as away for New Year, I signed up for the .50p service, which was completely useless. Said his phone was in the Whitehouse (USA). We were in Devon. I rechecked my account & thought I had cancelled. A month later & a £29.95 charge had been taken out. I managed to relog into my account to find it was somehow reactivated. I stopped payments & recancelled my account. I attempted to contact them. Phone number, supposed to be open 24/7, agents all busy, leave a message, then mailbox full. Emailed a strongly worded complaint. I only received an automated email stating my account was closed & I would no longer be charged. A few hrs later got a reply to my email. No mention of my complaint, a rude reply saying my account had not been closed and no reply to why the app showed the phone in USA. They wont refund my money. Absolute scammers.

your previous reviewers have identical experiences. Cant believe I was duped by the initial 50 p charge but did only want to check one number .Two months later and £60 worse off as I failed to notice the monthly fees they would not refund despite emails. An absolute scam, should have checked Trustpilot first

I agree with all that has been said previously. After what I thought was a one off payment of £0.50p to help a friend find his lost phone and which did not work, I found I was being charged £29.95 each month. I was unable to log in to my account, which I was not aware of having and all attempts to change the password were unsuccessful. I telephoned the help desk which was a recorded message and their mail box was full. I e-mailed but, so far, have received no reply.
I contacted my credit card provider, Barclaycard, who were very helpful and agreed to refund the charge and block any future transactions.

Scam scumbag. They cannot track anything. TOTAL SCAMMERS AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Same as all these other reviews however the 50p starting subscription thing first got taken out of my account in November 2024 however not by me. I wasn't aware this subscription even started because I didn't download the app and then ab hour ago £29.95 got taken out so I assumed it was fraud and phoned my bank. They were able to refund me the £30 and cancel the subscription.

ABSOLUTE SCAM AVOID Tried three different phone tracking apps this, mobe and famio. as desperate to find missing daughter. I suspect all probably the same company. They all offered a one time charge of between.90p and 2.50 which results in a £25 to £32 subscription fee taken from you account. Not one could trace the number anyway. Ive blocked two and stopped any further transactions via bank as very difficult to contact or cancel subscription. AVIOD AT ALL COST

I would call this a legal scam, they offer a one off 50p search but do not make it clear that you have signed up for a trial 24 hour period and then will be charged £29.99 a month thereafter. Very difficult to contact, have spoken to my bank, blocked payments and changed my debit card. I have been told I will be reimbursed the money that was taken from my account.

Scammers! Avoid this company at all costs paid 50p to locate phone which was a load of rubbish said it was in Glasgow when it just misplaced in my house so it’s a scam! Then continue to take £29.99 out my account the following day , call centre says it’s open 7 days a week (another scam they never answer the phone says leaves a message but coincidentally the mail box is full) would advise people to contact a fraud team to report these scum bags!!

SPOKE WITH CARD COMPNAY WHO SAID THEY CAN BLOCK FURUTRE PAYMENTS BUT CANNOT OR WILL NOT CONTACT POLICE !
I SUGGEST ALL SCAMMED IN THIS WAY CONTACT THE POLICE OR THEIR MP THIS COMPANY MUST BE STOPPED AND BROUGHT TO JUSTICE

As plenty of people have said this is a total scam,thought I'd paid 50p for a one time service and got charged £29 for something I didn't want,I've just managed to cancel but I'll have to wait until next month to see if it has actually been cancelled,if not I'll have to change my debit card,really not happy,this is nearly illegal in what they do

This is a total scam. They say there's a one time fee of $3 then they charge your account $40 every month. You can't get hold of them and emails aren't returned. I had to cancel my debit card to get the payments to stop. I am so angry at myself for not reading the reviews first!

I tried them one time. They said it would be .50, they are trying to take $15,95 out of my account each month now and I can’t find a phone number or anything to make them stop.

Avoid at all COSTS charged me 50p then two days later charged 29.95 !!!! App does not work either !

Utter scam. Sets up an unauthorised subscription. Does anyone know how to contact them.

Absolute scam as others have said i thought i was just paying 50p to track a phone my daughter lost but then they took £29.95 the next day and if i didn't cancel the account would continue to steal money from my account every month.
