Setting out to buy replacement Ebac de humidifier. Live within 10 miles of factory so could take advantage of factory shop and look at / get advice on best unit for my circumstances, called number on website and after 10 mins to answer I was told shop open and ok to visit. Upon arrival found doors to reception locked. Press video door bell number of times and receive no response. Called the number noted on door and waited for reply. After 15 mins and no reply gave up and set off to drive home. Call was still connected and took 30 mins total before answered.
Did receive an apology (thank you) and told bell doesnt work just call the number on door on arrival there are only four people in the office and are very busy. 3 pm in afternoon only four people in office, maybe a dozen cars in car park, entire building looking neglected with broken blinds and unoccupied offices. It looks like company is on its last legs so I would be very careful of buying anything expensive that may have a warranty claim as they may not be around for long. Hope that Iam wrong as would love to buy from a local UK company however doesnt look like a solid set up to me, just be aware before making an expensive purchase.
