I don’t often do reviews but when a company goes the extra mile ….
I don’t often do reviews.
But I made a mistake recently with my order and not only were the team so great with my slight ‘panic’, they stopped the order , wrote me an excellent list of my options, and were kind and professional the whole way through.
And my mistake got quickly and easily sorted .
Thank you to the Petdirect team.
