My representative was AMAZING & AWESOME! I was a manager in Customer service before I retired and I would have loved to have this representative on my team! She definitely gets a 10 out of 10 from me!!

Pet care RX reached out to me to offer me a free pet care RX plus membership for a year where I got 40% off. Who wouldn't join? My first order went fine. My second order cost me $15 more at the regular price (minus their 25% coupon) than I would have paid at their competitor's. They said, "Oh, you are only allowed two pets and you put down the wrong pet." That part was never clear to me. Instead of offering me my $15 back, they just said basically, "Sorry, Charlie." And happily canceled my membership after I requested. Really they should have made this right. Obviously I vowed never to shop there again. Then several weeks later I got a postcard saying we reached out to you but couldn't get in touch. They did not. So I called the number hoping to get some satisfaction. Nope. Different customer service person said, "oh I'm sorry - if you ever want to join again let us know." Really poor customer service.
Then, the president of the company wrote to me at another email address to promote their company. I complained about the second representative's handling of my case (couldn't remember the first name. It was "Miles." The second rep then reached out again. With an offer to charge me a slightly discounted one year membership! I vociferously declined, at which point the one year free trial, two pet option was again offered to me. At least this time I knew it was only two pets. So I took it. I hope I will not regret this! At least they finally in the end sort of did right by me.
Very unhappy.
UPDATE: AFTER BEGINNING TOLD ALL OF MY EMAIL ADDRESSES THAT I HAD NO ACCOUNT, CUSTOMER SERVICE FINALLY FOUND IT. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH SINCE MY ORDER. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO MAKE IT RIGHT SO MY PET SUFFERED FOR A MONTH. BUYER BEWARE!

Peggy was very helpful today and I was able to save quite a bit of money by joining your company's membership.

I love how they check your account for previous orders. The label on the bottle was faded. Couldn't make out the prescription name. But they saw it and took time to go over the details. Always have been treated great with PetCareRx.

Annette Crespo helped me update a present prescription and assist in also finding a non prescription item I needed for my pets
She was pleasant and patient! Kudos because customer service has failed us lately in the quality and accessibility based on new technology!

I got a message from PetCareRx stating I needed to call my vet to get my prescription approved. I called the vet and got a message that the office would be closed from June14th through June 18th and opening again on June 19th. No reason given. I was panicking because I only had 9 Vetmedin pills left from my senior dog. I tried calling other Banfield offices but I would have to take my dog in again after just paying $146.02 on Saturday. and would have to drive 21.9 mile one way. I called your customer service number and Natalia let me know I still had 12 pills left on the old prescription and she would mail them out. She is a life saver. She took all the stress out of the day for me.

Peggie is always so helpful and works to get everything correct.

I was struggling with system issues and reached out to Gabriella to see if she would help. She called me and we got Ava enrolled in the Plus program so I can get her medications at discounted rates. It's rare to get such "human" help these days. Without Gabriella, I would have given up. Thank you!

Petcarex has a wonderful online veterinarian service you can access 24/7 to chat online with a vet if you have a pet issue. The problem was I didn't know how to access it and I'm not good with computers. I was luck enough to get a wonderful Customer Rep named Peggy when I called, and she not only told me how to use the service, but stayed with me and walked me through it until I made online contact with the vet service. Thank you, Peggy!

The lady who took my order was very nice and efficient. Also, it was taken care of quickly.

This was my first call to PetCare Rx and I was blessed to get Peggie to answer my call. I was concerned about the fact that honestly I didn't know anyone who had ordered from you before. I asked Peggie detailed questions about the length of time your company had been in business and where your products came from etc etc....EVERY question I threw at her, she answered with flying colors and complete resolve of satisfaction for the company she enjoyed working for! More reps like that and you won;t be able to handle all the calls you will get! Peggie was EXCELLENT in ALL areas of customer service. Knowledgeable...courteous...friendly and genuinely concerned for all that was good for our Macie girl!
