This company is the absolute worst. They overcharge for everything, most of the time don't have what you need in stock and Lord help you if their carrier doesn't deliver the product to you because they will not help you at all. They put the entire situation on you and wipe their hands clean, but they have no problem putting your money in their account.

Customer service agent listened to my issue. Duplicated it on his end and offered a solution. He was very friendly and helpful

My representatives went out of their way to make sure my dogs medicine was on track. Thank you for going above and beyond for my family.

Customer service rep, Steven was extremely kind & helpful. I had a yearly membership fee that I was unaware off even though I was not using Pet Care RX for my dogs' meds and he helped with reversing the charge.

Andrea was so helpful - displaying a high degree of professionalism while maintaining a very pleasant interaction. She listened to my situation and offered a solution that was most fair, and empathized with my situation regarding pet med past prescription. In addition, my situation required a 'call back' and Andrea followed through - you have a very valuable person on your staff!

Steve was very patient, thorough and friendly. He resolved of all my concerns with my pet's prescriptions. When done, he reviewed all the changes and made sure there were no other matters to handle. =)

Andrea went well above and beyond to assist me in our Tiger Lady's (14 yrs,5mo old) order for her prescriptions. We have been very happy with PetCareRX not only for the savings we receive, but the great customer care. I did not realize I had credits, but Andrea took the time to make me aware of them so I experienced more savings. She was so kind and very pleasant. So much thanks to Andrea & PetCareRx.

My discussion with Steve was memorable, personable, efficient, knowledgeable about the product I needed and he made sure I selected thew correct one for my beloved Alena. He explained that IT was doing some updates/upgrades to the platform/website as accessing Vet information was near impossible as was inserting new Vet data. He's someone you'd enjoy having a cup of coffee with as we briefly discussed families, and the impact father's have on 2 and 4 legged children's lives. He's a real blessing to humanity to speak with and especially to PetCare RX- I Thank you having Steve there. Please mention that I sent this, I promised him I'd do so and I don't fail on promises made

OMG the customer service person I interacted with was such a great help. She was able to help me with all my questions & concerns about a new order I needed to be shipped to Puerto Rico as I'm here with my whole family taking care of my elderly parents for a while.

My customer service representative went above and beyond, helping me reactivate my account that was disrupted by my benefit service provider, and helping me recover all the missed points from my months of orders without my member discount.

Customer service from the young man I talked to was superior! Have had him several times before and always extremely capable, courteous and professional! He has always resolved my issues, please tell me he is your trainer, he’s a star!!!

The customer service is beyond amazing. I ordered a refill and then got really busy with life. When I realized I was almost out of the meds, I checked shipping and found my order was headed back to the shipper because of an error in the address that was no one's fault. I called and spoke to Barb. She fixed the address issue and sent me the package via two day delivery. I'm so grateful because I would have been completely out! She saved the day. This kind of service is unfortunately very rare these days.
