They auto renewed my insurance- that’s…
They auto renewed my insurance- that’s fine, yet they failed to notify me of the cost, hence it could have been anything. To add insult to injury, I can’t login to my account due to presumably changes at their end because I have my email and password unchanged for 10 years. I’ll be calling to cancel for next year, they can’t just make such presumptions!

Thank you for your feedback regarding the auto renewal of your policy.
We contact you via email to notify you of the renewal. We ask you to log in, view the renewal quote and review any documents that need attention. In addition, the renewal notice advises you to contact us in plenty of time to stop the renewal if you do not wish to continue cover. The notice also explains that if no contact is made, payment will be automatically taken 7 days before the renewal date.
In regards to your online account, we apologise for the problems you are facing with logging in. Please contact us via live chat so we can assist with this, as we have not yet had contact from yourself regarding this before this review was left.

Easy Renewal Process
Have insured my car using the services of Performance Direct for a number of years now. Find their renewal pricing competitive and renewal process easy with all documents available via signing to the account via their App. Pleased to say haven’t yet required to use their claims service which is the true test of the product purchased.

No cooling off period for cancellation
Not happy that there is no cooling off period, and a £55 charge for cancellation in less than 24 hours.
