I’m very happy to say I’m a returning customer to Peter Best. Their prices are very competitive though I would say never auto renew for any insurance - always check the market. I did just that and it led me back to Peter Best.
Web site is simple. Please note I have no experience with making a claim through them and can only offer my experience on price

We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with our auto-renewal process.

We notify you by email ahead of renewal, asking you to log in to review your quote and any relevant documents. The notice also advises you to contact us in advance if you do not wish to continue cover, and explains that, if no contact is received, payment will be taken automatically 7 days before the renewal date.

We understand your frustration; however, our process is clearly outlined prior to the collection of renewal payments. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact us via our website, and we will be happy to assist you.

I have been with this company since 2018

I have been with this company since 2018 and not only they have consistently been the cheapest on the market for me, but they are always helpful and polite over the phone. I am thinking to putting my other car on their multicar policy, if the price is great.
