It was easy to write the exam. It would have been more helpful if all the steps needed to be done after checking in had been explained in detail in the exam guidelines.

Was a very good experience. I had some trouble checking into my exam, but when I phoned them they picked up straight away. I don’t remember the girls name who helped me but the was amazing. So friendly and helpful. Even though it was a Saturday, they were available and helped me through it all until I was able to login. Highly recommend them

Perfect Training

I recently completed the PRINCE2 Foundation and will complete Practitioner exam with PeopleCert through remote proctoring soon and had a very positive overall experience.

The entire process — from booking to the actual exam session — worked smoothly and professionally. The technical setup was stable, the platform functioned without issues, and the proctor guided me clearly through the check-in process before the exam started. This helped create a calm and well-structured environment during the examination.

My only personal observation relates more to the structure of the PRINCE2 exams themselves than to PeopleCert. In my opinion, the exams are quite theory-heavy and sometimes feel similar to learning vocabulary by heart. As someone who prefers practical, hands-on learning and real-world application, I would appreciate a stronger focus on practical scenarios and applied thinking. However, this is purely my personal learning preference.

Punkt 1 ist, das die Webseite nicht vernünftig ohne ausgeschaltetem Adblocker funktioniert.
Punkt 2 ist, dass ich trotz Umschaltung und Vermerk in meinen Profil nur eine englische Seite und englische E-Mails erhalte.
Punkt 3 ist der Umfang der Daten, die ihr von mir haben wollt. Das ist eindeutig zuviel!
Die Usability der Seite sollte dringend überarbeitet werden ...

The ITIL 4 exam was a positive experience overall. The content was well structured and closely aligned with practical, real‑world IT service management scenarios. The preparation helped to better understand modern service management principles and how to apply them effectively in daily work.

Excellent guidance from Lecturer. Straightforward exam process when it work and excellent customer service helpline when it doesn’t. Would highly recommend

I had a question/suggestion to do with the exam.
After the exam we only get to know what our % correct answers is and whether we passed/failed.
We do not get to know which questions we did not answer correctly and what the correct answer was which does not help as we will never learn from our mistakes. Suggestion is to provide details of the test to users so they know what to do in the next exam if they failed the first time

Really bad troubleshooting for Mac book screen sharing. And I went through 5 different people. Not ideal before you have to take an exam

The proctors were nice and helpful but the technical instability during the exam was unnerving. In the end it all worked out fine, but it was a stressful experience.

I found the whole process of signing up for my exam with PeopleCert very easy. The actual exam with a proctor was an enjoyable (although nerve racking) experience as I was made comfortable, the instructions where made very clear to me and I had the opportunity to ask any questions before starting the exam.

I find it invasive and unusual that this organization requires middle names to be displayed on certificates. Not even my state licenses have my middle name on them.

Despite a technical issue joining the exam, the PeopleCert team was outstanding. The proctor was accommodating, the service desk picked up immediately, and we got the issue solved within 15 minutes. The exam time was adjusted, no questions asked. Very smooth!
