Good experience and good reading materials. However, I believe there is too much strictness for the exam settings. This is not the point of being a project manager, in my opinion. Also many tricky questions. I would appreciate a more practical and realistic approach to earn more valuable insights on how to be PM and deal with projects.

Think the use of the online learner guide helped initially but needs a trainer to deliver and give examples for clarity

The hard copy of the certificate could have been given in same cost of the exam fee..i feel it is too costly even after the offer.

It was easy to sign up and go through the system checks. The proctor was very nice and helpful. It just was easy and took away any stress of setting it up

The certification exam conducted was online from home and there was no need to visit the exam center.

Easy exam booking process, smooth user experience

well at first I had technical issues getting my cam to work on my corporate laptop which made me miss my first exam, the support was fantastic in ensuring me not to worry and they would reschedule my test at a later date to sort out my issues. I took it and passed at that later date. The support was informative and helpful.

The training was not adequate enough i have a watsap group chat of people in my group who all feel the same. I felt the support from the trainer was poor and i actually have no confidence to resit the exam
