Renewed my membership to come across a message that says I cannot add CPDs any more. With a CPD portal that works sporadically this claim does not seem to have a solid basis.

the way how the CPD recorded isn't user friendly. this would be better if the same CPD system as PMI does would help the user experience (i.e. 60 CPD every 3 years instead of 20 CPD every year)

It told me to check in 30min prior to the exam time and I did. After the system checking the monitor and audio, it made me wait for 18min. I wish I could’ve just started my exam then.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my experience to date and to request that this matter be escalated to a manager for further review.
To provide context, I have been granted three extensions by PeopleCert. Two of these were due to circumstances beyond my control, one relating to a technical issue and another due to a significantly delayed examiner which conflicted with my work commitments immediately following the scheduled exam. The initial extension was granted on medical grounds, as over the past year I have been dealing with ongoing health issues (which Peoplecert are aware of) requiring frequent hospital visits, as well as a concurrent legal matter. Supporting evidence, within the limits of what I am able to disclose, has already been provided to both PeopleCert and UpGrad.
While I appreciate the support I have received in granting these extensions, I am concerned that at no point was I clearly informed that a resit must be purchased prior to sitting an exam. This requirement does not seem intuitive, as a candidate would not know in advance whether a resit will be necessary.
Given the challenges I have faced throughout this process, including technical disruptions, scheduling issues and personal circumstances, I have found the overall experience to be both stressful and difficult to navigate. I do however acknowledge and appreciate the efforts made so far to assist me.
Following today's two-week extension granted for my PRINCE2 Practitioner exam due to the examiner delay, I would now like to request the opportunity to purchase a resit for this exam in advance. Additionally, I would like to request the same consideration for the PRINCE2 Foundation exam, as I was not previously made aware of the resit process please bare in mind this course was in 2024.
In light of the circumstances and the difficulties encountered, I would greatly appreciate your support in facilitating these resits as a gesture of goodwill. This would significantly reduce the stress I am currently experiencing and allow me to focus on successfully completing my certification.
My primary goal is to pass my exams and move forward, and I would be grateful for your understanding and assistance in helping me achieve this.

Not ONCE was it emailed to me or stated over the phone that if i wish to pay for a resit this MUST be done prior to taking the exam, this information has nothing to do with them granting me several extensions due to their faults. I have spoken to several members of staff and not one of them reiterated or informed me of the resit policy to someone who suffers with anxiety and mental health this is disgraceful.

The concept of getting certificates from home is the future and people cert is already there. The process is easy and understandable.
The only thing i would suggest is to let a second screen be part of the exam. The writing in the exam is very small and it didn't help to see it on a Laptop. Was exhausting for eyes and mind.

In the field of adult education, there should be greater trust placed in the learners. While preventing cheating is a laudable objective, the restrictions regarding the environments in which exams may be taken are excessive. Many working professionals pursuing these advanced training courses do so while traveling—spending at least some of their time in hotels. However, a hotel room is not permitted as an exam venue (due to the presence of two doors, which typically cannot both be kept within the camera's field of view). The same applies to many co-working spaces (due to glass walls or doors). The exam questions themselves are often ambiguously phrased and—at least in the German version—frequently grammatically incorrect or, at the very least, open to misinterpretation. After completing a mere four-week course, one can hardly be considered an expert on a subject—let alone possess any practical experience. I find the certification exam offered by "scrum.org" to be superior: although it involves a larger number of questions—and requires careful reading to determine exactly how many answer options are correct—candidates are permitted to use handwritten notes and are not subject to video surveillance (though, were the exam conditions designed more realistically, the surveillance itself would not be an issue). Consequently, while one still requires a solid fundamental understanding of Scrum, for certain specific details, it suffices simply to "know where to look."

It was easy to write the exam. It would have been more helpful if all the steps needed to be done after checking in had been explained in detail in the exam guidelines.

Was a very good experience. I had some trouble checking into my exam, but when I phoned them they picked up straight away. I don’t remember the girls name who helped me but the was amazing. So friendly and helpful. Even though it was a Saturday, they were available and helped me through it all until I was able to login. Highly recommend them

Perfect Training

I recently completed the PRINCE2 Foundation and will complete Practitioner exam with PeopleCert through remote proctoring soon and had a very positive overall experience.

The entire process — from booking to the actual exam session — worked smoothly and professionally. The technical setup was stable, the platform functioned without issues, and the proctor guided me clearly through the check-in process before the exam started. This helped create a calm and well-structured environment during the examination.

I would definitely recommend PeopleCert to others looking for a reliable certification provider.

My only personal observation relates more to the structure of the PRINCE2 exams themselves than to PeopleCert. In my opinion, the exams are quite theory-heavy and sometimes feel similar to learning vocabulary by heart. As someone who prefers practical, hands-on learning and real-world application, I would appreciate a stronger focus on practical scenarios and applied thinking. However, this is purely my personal learning preference.

Overall, the experience with PeopleCert was professional, efficient, and trustworthy.
