It’s great to hear the trainer and the explanation of the practical connections helped make the material easier to understand, Toralf.
Waiting for a proctor
Once I went through the process to start the exam, I sat there for 5-10 minutes while the computer displayed, a proctor will be with you soon. However, that never happened. I had to quickly stumble though to start a chat with the tech support staff who connected me with a proctor.

Implementing a new system without proper alert to customer. My account was block because I didn't upload the PDU within first year of the implementation. Peoplecert forced me to take a new course just to activate my cert, though I'm a long time member/subscriber.
