Support is unresponsive, and unhelpful with the issue happened. Instead of looking for a solution that would lead to a win-win situation, it is clear that they are not interested in helping, or even listening. All messages and phone calls ends with "Contact us via contact form" (if contacted via other communication channels listed on web pages), and ultimately "I am looking at it now and I will get back to you", then they either closing the chat, or not responding.

Unfortunately, rather than getting my exam results the same day as expected, it took 6 days after a dispute with the exam paper. The positive was that our invigilator, Adam, was a great teacher and very professional at all times.

Last proctor I had was great but initially the support person was not so helpful when I was having a connection/microphone issue. It was stressful and frustrating. A few simple suggestions could have helped me get past a somewhat minor but unintuitive technical setting.

The instruction and training materials were some of the best I have seen, the exam was relevant and engaging although the wrong exam answer sheets were sent out which caused a delay in the marking leading to a later than expected return of the results.

The quality of the certification and the staff was very kind and ready to assist

The whole exam concept has been interpreted very well; the proctor was knowledgeable, kind, and pleasant. Even if you have a stage fight, you will go over it in the next 5-10 minutes.

Took my ITIL 4 certification with PeopleCert. Had a flawless experience from start to finish. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly proctor.

PeopleCert is unable to provide proper invoices (always referencing "order information" but not invoice). Credit card payment does not show any reference to order or invoice. Unable to specify company address for invoice.
Otherwise very expensive to keep certifications alive.
