People cert need to just have an exam only option. Requiring training from your certified providers who just literally take the whole ITIL book into slides add no value to it. Make it a business but please, make sure there's added value to it. Offering just an exam voucher would have been waaay better

Preparing for the exam was easy and stress free. The proctor was extremely helpful and pleasant and went through the process with great efficiency

I didnt clear my exam after going through the training. the question was very situation based and that aspect is not covered in the training.

I didn't care for the training videos or how the information was presented. I'd like to have had a printed workbook to go through (especially for $1000). Navigating through the portal was clunky, especially when trying to pick up from where you left off. I think practice exams would have been helpful as well (included for the $1k, not for more money).

for the third year in a row I have to contact support for issues related to my digital badges. this is outrageous.

Once I went through the process to start the exam, I sat there for 5-10 minutes while the computer displayed, a proctor will be with you soon. However, that never happened. I had to quickly stumble though to start a chat with the tech support staff who connected me with a proctor.

It was easy to follow the instructions; the proctor was great at instructing me on what was needed from me in order to take my test.

I think you need to be more specific as to what browsers work with test. This way student isn't troubleshooting when trying to take the test.
