Implementing a new system without proper alert to customer. My account was block because I didn't upload the PDU within first year of the implementation. Peoplecert forced me to take a new course just to activate my cert, though I'm a long time member/subscriber.

The user experience on the PeopleCert website is poor.
It’s cluttered, has very slow response times, and features large images of smiling people.
Focusing on the essentials would be very helpful.
The course content itself was fine, the instructor was enthusiastic and did a good job of explaining the dry subject matter.
