The refund policy is a scam. They advertise returns within 30 days but you can’t get hold of them. Then when I did via email they offered me a $15.00 return and to keep the product. But this was pointless as I was returning it as it didn’t fit at all, just too big. In fairness the dress I did get was good quality and I kept the size small. But they’ve ripped me off on the second dress. I’m trying to raise a PayPal complaint to get the money back.

I wish I’d read Trust Pilot before purchasing. Ordered 2 dresses. Took 6 weeks to arrive. Really poor quality - nothing like pictures. Now trying to return and they’ve offered a measly $8 and told me to keep the dress… completely unacceptable. Going to have to take it up with my credit card company. Avoid this company.

Delivery arrived in 2-3 weeks. Clothes were good quality and sizing good. Would be nice to have more photos of items on website to get full picture of what it looks like. Maxi dress sizing is quite generous.

I love the black dress! It fit very well. The blue and white stripe didn’t make my expectation but still a pretty dress.

Poor quality fabric, inaccurate sizing and terrible fit! Do not buy from them - the dresses pictured and reviewed on their website are totally different from the garments I received. Described as 40% Elastane 60% Rayon on the website and their on-site “reviews” as with ‘stretch’. There is absolutely no stretch whatsoever in the dresses I received, they are 100% cheap, shiny, almost see through horrible polyester and the cut/fit is awful.

Sizing is way off and delivery is at least 2 weeks.

I have requested a full refund by email and am contacting PayPal.

I ordered two dresses in size small they are ginormous. I emailed to find out about returns policy which has taken days to get back to me and they have asked me to send a picture! I am pursuing a refund. Do not order from this company

I didn't know what to expect from a brand I didn't experienced before, I am glad I took the chance. The fabrics are very nice and light. The purchasing process was simple and secure. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the brand.

If I could have given zero stars I would have done.
The dresses were slow to arrive, I had to chase for delivery updates. Eventually the dresses arrived and the quality is awful. The fabric is cheap, the pattern has bled during the printing process. As for sizing, I have no idea what they’ve based it on.
They don’t serial their returns policy so you have to email them. In this day and age where most reputable companies include returns details with your order, it seems ridiculous that they think their lack of transparent process is acceptable.
Numerous emails later and they are still saying I can’t return them but they will offer me compensation which equates to less than 50% of what I paid.
I’ve now gone via PayPal to see if they can help but have little confidence.
Do not under any circumstance order from this company.
Beware, they look to be renaming themselves on Instagram but clearly the cheap awful products are the same.

EDIT: they arrived after 6 weeks (wasn't expecting them to come at all by then). They were too late for the party I bought them for, but that's just as well, as the material is basically cheap lining, they look nothing like the photos, and they are not even good enough for fancy dress. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Ordered 2 dresses more than 5 weeks ago, thinking one would be nice for a party this weekend. They've still not arrived - despite allegedly being shipped 2 weeks ago. I knew it was international, but the implication was definitely US (doh). Realised after the lack of communication from anyone that something was up. I ALWAYS check these companies out before ordering from them, but I was clearly having an off day. Not holding out much hope that a. they'll arrive or b. that they'll actually be nice. Feeling like a bit of a muppet now.

Dresses looked great online, arrived in good time but quite obviously they are made very cheaply in China! Looks nothing like in the pictures.. don’t waste your money!! I will learn one of these days.. they’ll do as bikini cover ups but certainly not as a dress to go out in..

Don’t buy from this store. The quality is not as advertised and you can’t get a refund by returning items.

This website is a scam. Their sizing is way off. I ordered a small size dress and I ended up with a dress that is 3-4 sizes bigger. Additionally they refuse to give authorisation for returns and refuse refunds. Don’t waste your time and money.

Very happy with dress . I would advise getting a size bigger than you usually wear . I got the large and I usually wear a size 10/12 but I needed the large because I have a full bust .

Useless. They seem to be unaware of rules for buying on line where you are entitled to refund if not seen goods before purchasing. I will be reporting them to fair trading

I ordered two dresses which took weeks to arrive. They appear to be made from some very cheap, thin synthetic fabric, literally crackled with static when I took them off. There is no label saying what they are made of, nor washing insttructions, and they have just been run up cheaply, really poor quality. I have now had a look at the reviews and realise I have little chance of a refund. Very much wish I hadn't bought them.
